The concept of "middle income trap" was proposed by the world bank,which aims to remind middle income countries to pay attention to the sustainable development of economy and to guard against the economic predicament of being unable to get out of the middle income stage for a long time."The economy into the Middle Income Trap" basically has the following characteristics: the economic development to a certain stage of stagnation,workers skills and jobs do not match,frequent corruption,the gap is too large,the lack of faith etc..Some of the above phenomena have also appeared in our country,especially in the decline of economic growth rate.From the perspective of human capital theory,this is largely due to the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend.Developing human resource bonus has become the trend of the times,and developing education is one of the main forms of training human resources,and also is the source of promoting economic development.Back in twentieth Century 50 s and 60 s,the researchers found that human capital(mainly is the study of education human capital)in economic growth contributed greatly exceeded expectations,imagination,which makes people realize the overall function of education,it not only has the consumer,also has production.Education not only improves the overall quality of the educated,and improves their productive capacity,but also influences the economic development of a group and even a country.The article first launched the detailed review of the relationship between education and the middle income trap,analyzes the dialectical relationship between the two: education is conducive to promoting economic development,scientific and technological progress,improve income distribution,improve the quality of workers.Then,from the angle of crossing the middle income stage,comparing the domestic and foreign countries,and combining the favorable conditions and restricting factors of China's development,the paper discusses the actual situation of our country's development.The analysis shows that education is not only the favorable condition for the economic development of our country,but also the restricting factor of the economic development of our country.Comprehensive developed countries pay much attention to education and the problem of slow development of national education.The conclusion is that education is an important part of the middle income trap,and the path of influence is given.Then it focuses on qualitative research and empirical research on the mechanism of education across the middle income trap.When discussing that education can promote economic growth,we should use traditional methods of research,such as Schultz's rate of return on education and Denison's growth factor analysis.In the study of the impact of education on income distribution in the Lucas building contains the human capital spillover effect of the endogenous growth model is derived not equal education will lead to increase the gap between rich and poor;conversely,the fairness of education is conducive to the realization of fair income distribution.Education is an is further analyzed.Through education often affect other indicators,the indirect impact on the economy,but the impact is usually take some time to reflect,the static analysis results are poor,so the dynamic analysis of expansion between education and economic growth in China contact.The results show that,in addition to the 3 lag period,education is not economic growth Grainger reasons,other eastern and central regions is higher than that of the material capital factors.This also reflects the positive external effect of education at this stage,which can significantly improve the economic level.Finally,according to the above analysis,summed up the factors restricting the development of the education in our country,from investment in education,education,education quality and structure of the fairness of the three perspectives of educationproblems and give policy recommendations.The last two sections of the article are the full text of the conclusions.In short,whether it is from the trap.
