After more than 30 years of reform and opening up,China's economic achievements have attracted worldwide attention, the country's overall strength has been rapidly improved, the standard of living of our people has been greatly improved. The rapid growth of Chinese economy, improve quality of life of ordinary people in our country, the improvement of health, increase the overall life of old people in our country, the proportion of the increase, now the problem of aging and pension problem has become a huge challenge facing China economic society,it is influenced by many factors, such as economy, culture, education medical progress, demographic factors and so on.The research on aging has attracted wide attention from the global academic community. From 1999,China began to enter the ranks of aging countries, but also entered the accelerated development of the aging stage. In 2008,the number of elderly people over the age of 65 to 110 million, the number of all the countries in the whole world only old people in our country is more than 100 million, all enter the aging countries in the emerging countries serious. However, only a few decades ago,the age structure of our population is still relatively young, even in 70 s,still in the process of younger. From twentieth Century to 80 s,the population began to aging process, from the beginning of the rapid start to the rapid development of the status quo.Since 1999,China has entered the era of aging and the aging of the population age structure accelerated, increasing the burden of economic and social development.More and more old people and the various problems caused by it have attracted more and more attention from scholars in this field. In this case,it is very important to explore the factors that cause the aging of China. On the one hand,on the one hand, the research on the influencing factors is limited in the academic field, and most of them are confined to the field of demography. However,in the past 30 years, with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's quality of life and the increase of life expectancy. On the other hand, most of the papers use panel data fixed effects and random effects analysis methods, which greatly affect the interpretation of the results. In addition,China in the past ten years has been rapid development, which means that in the different stages of development, the strength of various factors on the aging of the population will bedifferent in different regions, with no literature on this problem. On the basis of the literature review, this paper explains the factors that affect the aging of the population through four aspects: economic development, education, health care and the population itself.By combing the four levels of the most representative of the explanatory variables to explain the empirical analysis of factors. In the empirical part, firstly, based on the data of 31 provinces from 2002 to2015,the panel cointegration model is used to conduct empirical research.Dynamic least squares(DOLS)was used to analyze the contribution of per capita income, illiteracy rate, number of beds per thousand population, fertility rate and mortality rate in different areas and to compare the regional differences. At the same time, based on the covariance equation of panel data, the panel error correction model(PVECM)is used to further study the short-term effects of dynamic adjustment. The results showed that:(1)the per capita income, illiteracy rate, the number of beds per thousand population, the increase in mortality, improve the proportion of the elderly population, the increase in the birth rate of aging.(2)the impact of the above factors on the aging of the population in different regions of China has a significant difference.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some feasible policies to deal with the problems caused by the aging society.
