When the population that aged 60 or above reached or exceeded 10% of the total population, or the population aged 65 or above reached or exceeded 7 per cent of the total population in one country,we called it Elderly-oriented country,and such society known as Aging society. The 21st century China will be an irreversible ageing society. the ageing of the population is not only the problem of the old ,but also is related to various aspects of economic and social development, and have a far-reaching influence. Population ageing has influence in labor productivity increasingly, The young elder has stronger labor in order to make up for less cost of living, to participate in job competition, so increase the stress on social employment. The ageing of the population increase the burden of medical care service and family support; The ageing of the population cause the burden on the state and enterprises. More and more elderly population quit from the production field, and do not creat social wealth directly. the society's immediate income will be decrease, but the older population and consumption continue to increase. At the same time ,Retirement subsidies, pensions, welfare and so on are growing, this will inevitably lead to the state and enterprises to increase the financial burden. The ageing of the population lead the family pension model will face challenges.and the industrial structure and social services to face new requirements. Now the elderly pension concept has undergone a great change, they pay more attention to the quality of life ,they need health care, rehabilitation equipment, supplies and other services so the promotion of social consumption structure will be better than before ,and industries ,market restructuring and relevant industries also be improved.
