Issues&Strategies In Primary School-based Educational Research Management

To welcome the age of knowledge economy and tackle the increasingly severe international competition,the course reform of primary education is in the process of gradually drilling down.School-based educational research is the guarantee of reform,it is the solid support of creating a specialist school,a good manner to advance teachers' skills,it is also an approach to develop students' quality.The research is school-based how to make it benefit the development of school,solve the problems in teaching and improve teaching quality requires thorough understandings of current research actuality,in-time identification of problems and eventually,come up with a right strategy.Tianjin Shiyan Primary School is the only municipal primary school,also known as the window-school,choosing English as the object of this study does not only improves the quality of our school-based research,but also drive the development of research management in other primary schools in Tianjin.The study researches on English teachers in Tianjin Shiyan primary school,analyzes existing problems in management of our school-based research.According to the research,primary school-based teaching and research management of the main issues:1.The incompletion of school-based research system makes it difficult to control and regulate.2.Simplex in forms of organization,too much stress on forms over contents.3.Insufficient recognition leads to inadequate dominant role.4.Insufficient expenditure and incomplete grading system makes it difficult to control the management of the research.Based on the problems above,here are the solutions:1.Complete the research system to support its development.2.Carry out the research more actively,enrich diversity of its forms.3.Correctitude cognition,reveal dominant role of teachers.4.Optimize management of the research to create a premium atmosphere.
