The issue of educational discipline has always been a hot issue in the field of educational theory and practice.Primary school education is an important stage of cultivating students' character.Educational punishment plays a certain role in the physical and mental development of primary school students and the maintenance of school discipline and rules by primary school teachers.However,in daily teaching,there are some teachers who do not implement education and punishment to students.Relevant education departments have made clear the necessity of educational punishment and its dilemma.The primary and secondary education disciplinary rules(for Trial Implementation)(hereinafter referred to as the rules)issued by the Ministry of education is mainly to help teachers get rid of some of the difficulties of education disciplinary and give full play to the due educational value of education disciplinary.What problems exist in daily teaching and how to improve the effect of education and punishment need to be investigated and studied.In order to understand the specific implementation,this study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and observation to investigate the current situation of teacher education and punishment.According to the field investigation,the teachers and students of J primary school in K City believe that educational punishment is necessary to implement.As an educational means,it can achieve specific educational purposes.Teachers' implementation of educational punishment mainly focuses on name calling criticism,limiting students' participation in some activities and taking them to the office to talk alone,and think these methods are more effective.Relatively speaking,students believe that the methods of name calling criticism,standing in the classroom and arranging public welfare labor are more effective.Based on the investigation of the current situation of teacher education and punishment in J primary school in K City,this study finds that there are the following problems in the implementation of education and punishment: the purpose of education and punishment is not clear,the way is unreasonable and the effect is not good.The reasons for these three difficulties are: the relevant laws and regulations are imperfect;Teachers' own management ability is not strong;Insufficient communication between home and school.Explore the difficulties and reasons behind the implementation of educational punishment by primary school teachers,so as to attract the attention of schools and education related departments.To sum up,the author puts forward the following countermeasures: first,clarify the standards of education and punishment.It is necessary for teachers to learn the relevant contents of the rules and apply them to daily teaching.Second,improve teachers' class management ability.Teachers should constantly strengthen their professional quality and treat education and punishment objectively.Third,improve home school communication and improve the effect of education and punishment.In the process of daily teaching,we should strengthen the connection between home and school,give full play to their joint forces,and promote the healthy growth of students.
