| The ministry of education has publicized《The primary and Middle school Teacher Educational technique Ability Standard Implementation》to improve their ability of educational technology, for this reason, multi-training forms have been adopted. However , the limit of space and time , and lack of aptitude for the teachers are problems for the training. School-based educational research has more pertinence in contents and forms for teachers in different schools, on the other hand, because the mechanism of organization learning is not consummate, the School-based educational research activities have not been put in practice well.The dissertation have the following three main works:(1) investigate the organized learning conditions and the teachers' knowledge management of the 14th middle school in Fuling district in Chongqing. Find out the practical bases for constructing teachers' School-based educational research model using learning organization and KM theories.(2)though theory researches, expatiates the theories of learning organization , KM, and School-based educational research.(3)construct the School-based Educational Research Model based on KM.Through research, got following conclusions:(1) Based on the investigation in the 14th middle school in Fuling district, find out the teachers have attended several educational training, have the base abilities of educational technology and knowledge manage. The school have some activities in organized learning, but still lack related systemic system and KM mechanisms。(2)It form learning colony according to the teachers' subjects in the school environment, the teachers do the same team learning activities, it is good for building shared vision and constituting team learning scheme. |
