As the promoter of basic education reform and development,primary school teachers play an important role in the new curriculum reform.Expert teachers are the rich resources and valuable wealth of educational development.It not only has the example and demonstration function to the teacher's individual professional development,but also has the important guiding and the radiation significance to the modern teacher troop's overall construction.The ultimate goal of primary school education is to expert teachers.As an essential part of the development of the master of primary school education,it is beneficial for master of primary education to apply theoretical knowledge to practice,and to constantly form professional affection,enrich theoretical knowledge and improve professional skills in practice,the educational practice plays an important role in the pre service training of expert teachers.This study is based on the theory of teacher's practical knowledge and collaborative innovation theory,guided with the relevant policies of the ministry of education on teacher education and educational practice of normal school students,according to the characteristics of expert teachers,banded together the training program for primary education major in C Normal University and the training way of expert teachers.This study takes the master degree of full-time primary school education in C Normal University as the research object.This study conducts a questionnaire survey of educational practice's three modules(educational probation,educational practice and educational study)and educational practice's four-dimensional structure(objectives and content,implementation,guidance and evaluation).Meanwhile,an in-depth interview was conducted among 12 full-time graduate students,8 teachers of educational practice as well as the leaders of the 4 schools,the present situation of master education practice in primary education in C Normal University was studied.The survey found that C Normal University's educational practice has achieved the following results: 1.The content of educational probation and practice is comprehensive;2.The pluralistic educational practice is helpful to the development of the professionalaffection and professional skills of the master of primary school education;3.The school pays attention to the accumulation of students' theoretical knowledge and the improvement of practical ability to lay the foundation for efficient educational practice;4.The guidance of educational practice focuses on the training of double tutors;5.The educational practice evaluation method is diverse,focusing on the improvement of the reflection ability of the master of primary school education.But there are still many problems: 1.The goal of educational practice partly deviates from the cultivation of expert teachers;2.Some master of primary school education's classroom management and classroom teaching practice is not enough;3.The actual operation in educational practice is inconsistent with the training program to a certain extent;4.The key role of educational learning is not be well developed;5.The initiative consciousness and cooperation consciousness need to be improved;6.The main body of educational practice assessment is single.Through in-depth analysis,the reasons for these problems include 3aspects :educational practice,the main body of education practice(master of primary school education and teachers)and the guarantee of educational practice(base construction and incentive system): 1.The systematic design of educational practice needs to be improved;2.The professional accomplishment of master of primary school education is not enough;3.Master of primary school education lacks subjectivity in educational practice;4.The educational practice teachers neglect of aster of primary school education's guidance;5.Lack of practical venues;6.Independent internship school audit is not strict enough;7.Lack of incentive system of educational practice.To enhance the quality of educational practice,for students to create a better growth for the expert teacher environment,we can make efforts from five aspects:educational practice norm,educational practice base,the main body of educational practice(tutor and master of primary school education)and implementation and evaluation: 1.Constructing the system of educational practice goal and content system,pays more attention to the cultivation of the innovation ability of the master of primary education;2.To build a high quality education practice base and improve the professional ability of master of Education;3.Setting up the concept of cooperative teaching and effectively implementing the Double Tutorial System,ensuring the professional growth of master of primary education;4.The active transformation of the role of the master of primary school education,reflecting the subjectivity of professional development;5.To standardize the implementation of educational practiceand promote the integration of primary school education professional master of knowledge and ability in depth;6.To improve the whole process of education practice evaluation and evaluation methods,promoting the professional growth of master of primary school education;7.Using a flexible incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of both teachers and students.
