At present,the development of teachers can no longer be achieved by relying solely on the individual efforts of teachers.Rather,teachers are required to cooperate and share experiences with each other to generate collective wisdom to promote their professional development.The teacher's practice community just provides a suitable soil for the teacher's development.Teachers participate in the activities of the Teachers' Community of Practice.Personal insights and independent personalities are respected.A culture of cooperative learning,trust,and tolerance within the community is also formed.The X teacher studio belongs to the teacher's practice community.Therefore,it has unique meaning for teachers' professional development.It is against this background that this study takes the construction and operation of the X Master Studio as an entry point,sums up the useful experience in the operation of the X Master Studio,and discusses the main problems in the operation of the studio and puts forward a number of The proposal provides some lessons and inspirations for promoting the construction and operation of the teacher practice community.In this paper,the qualitative research method is adopted,and the following conclusions are drawn in the process of carrying out the research:The effectiveness of primary school teachers' practice of community operation: First,to promote teachers' individual professional development;Second,to form a model for group development among teachers;third is to demonstrate the exemplary role of the community.The problems existing in the implementation of the primary school teachers' practice community are: First,the education administrative departments have made adjustments to the policy of constructing and developing teachers' practical communities;second,there are certain problems in the development of the teacher practice community at the school level;and third,the interior of famous teachers' studios.The Difficulties Highlighted in the Operation of Teachers' Practice Community.The suggestions for improving the construction and operation of the primary school teachers practice community are as follows: First,the breakthroughs in the protection mechanism include: improving the funding guarantee mechanism,providing material support for member learning;setting up a time guarantee mechanism to create a practical field for member development;and reforming the institutional guarantee mechanism,Give members reasonable sharing power;create a democratic cultural environment and enhance members' self-value recognition;establish a dynamic evaluation mechanism to enhance the organization's internal development vigor.The second is the construction of the leader's role,including: enhancing personal charisma and acting as an equitable chief role;upgrading academic quality and demonstrating the charisma of the leader;transforming the way of thinking to give play to the community's overall function;building the common vision and lighting up The signposts of the members forward;the organization of the cultural construction,and the formation of a mutual trust team consensus.The third is the shaping of membership,including: integration of educational situations,improvement of mental models;deepening of education concepts,forging the style of the famous teacher;summarizingteaching experience,enhancing the ability to reflect;practice development planning,enhance internal strength;actively respond to development evaluation,strengthen professional Efficiency.
