The training goal of full-time Master of education postgraduates is to cultivate teachers and managers who can master modern educational theory,have strong teaching practice ability and teaching research ability,and have high-quality primary and secondary school teachers and managers.[Feng Yufan.The construction of full-time Master of Education practical ability training system for modern educational technology specialty [D].Jinan: Shandong Normal University,2013] As an important part of teacher education,educational practice is an important way to achieve the above goals.The level of education development in Xinjiang is at a low level in the whole country,and the development of teachers is slow.How to further promote the development of teachers' training quality in Xinjiang and train high-level,high-quality and highly educated teachers and managers in primary and secondary schools are the most important tasks in Xinjiang's current education work.Therefore,taking the graduate students of four universities with master of education in Xinjiang as the research object,and focusing on training the practical ability of master of education as the main research content,the research is a response to the emphasis on training high-quality and professional teachers.This research mainly focuses on the graduate students of professional degree of master of education in Xinjiang.Firstly,using the method of literature analysis,this paper expounds the definition of basic concepts such as educational practice and the application of theoretical basis in theory;secondly,using the questionnaire method,it analyses the current situation of educational practice of postgraduates majoring in Master of Education from the aspects of cognition,preparation before practice,content,guidance,management and evaluation;thirdly,it expounds Teaching with the content of interviews.Finally,in view of the existing problems,suggestions and strategies are put forward to improve the quality of educational practice.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that most of the postgraduates with master's degree in education think that their participation in educational practice is effective.Most of them can realize the necessity,importance and role of educational practice,but there are still many problems.The main manifestations are as follows: firstly,master's degree in education attaches insufficient importance to educational practice,and their attitude towards practice is not correct;The purpose of practice is not clear,and practice is passive.Secondly,the internship funds are not guaranteed;the curriculum and practice in Colleges and universities are not closely linked;thirdly,the effective internship time is relatively short;the form of educational internship is not flexible enough;the supervision of internship is not in place.Fourthly,Some Postgraduates with master's degree in education do not have enough time to participate in class management and classroom teaching,and their participation degree is low.Fifthly,the role of practice guidance is not in place.Sixthly,the evaluation subject of education practice is single,the evaluation content is not comprehensive,and the evaluation is rough and general.It is believed that the main reasons for these problems are the inaccurate orientation of master of education postgraduates,the vague understanding of practical teaching,the weak competence of practical tasks,the unreasonable arrangement of practice content,the ineffective cultivation of practical ability and the imperfect mechanism of educational practice.In view of this,this study aims at the problems existing in the process of educational practice for postgraduates with master's degree of education in Xinjiang,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the analysis of the causes: first,to accurately locate the specialty and enhance their initiative;secondly,to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and enhance the competence of the two-school tutors;thirdly,to rationalize and scientifically arrange the contents of educational practice and strengthen the practical ability.Finally,we should improve the mechanism of educational practice and ensure the quality of educational practice.
