Shyness is an emotional experience that everyone has,but different qualities of each person,leading to different degrees of shyness.Shyness has an important influence on individual self-evaluation,peer relationship and social adaptation.From the junior high school stage,the status of parents in the child's mind is declining,peer relationship has become the main relationship in this period,the quality of peer relationships also affect the body's shyness and new self evaluation.The core self-evaluation is an understanding of their own,different understanding of the impact of peer relationships are also different,will also affect shyness.Therefore,this study was conducted on three variables:shyness,core self-evaluation and peer relationship.This study used random sampling methods in Tianjin Yangcun and Nankai Middle school two high school affiliated colleges,a total of 300 questionnaires,276 valid questionnaires,the effective recovery rate is 92%.With the revised version of ShyQ,the core self-evaluation and peer relationship questionnaire as a measurement tool,high school students as the research object,using SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis of the data,draw the following conclusions:1 high school students' shyness level is in the middle level,in the demographic variables,but there are significant differences in family structure,there are no significant differences in gender,grade,the only state,residence and educational level of parents.2 the core self-evaluation level of high school students is lower level,there are significant differences in gender,boys scored significantly higher than girls,there is no significant difference in other demographic variables.3 high school students' peer relationship scores were in the middle level,and thescore of girls was significantly higher than that of boys.4 there is a correlation between shyness,core self-evaluation and peer relationship among high school students.Shyness has a significant negative correlation with core self-evaluation and peer relationship.5 high school students' core self-evaluation plays a partial mediating role in shyness and peer relationship.
