Research On Evaluation And Improvement Of Public Transport Service Quality In The Russian City Of Chelyabinsk

In Russia,public transport has played an important role in public travel.On the basis of reading literature and social investigation,this paper uses the theory of public governance,public service theory and quality evaluation as the theoretical basis.This paper adopts case analysis method,comparative research method and other social research methods,and analyzes the quality of urban public transport service in Chelyabinsk city to carry out evaluation,and put forward the promotion strategy.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduces the background of the topic and the significance of the topic,the domestic and foreign scholars on the urban public transport research progress,as well as the research ideas and research methods;The second chapter combs the theoretical basis of the concept and research related to the evaluation of public service quality.The third chapter introduces the development of urban public transport service quality in Chelyabinsk,including the factors that affect the quality of urban public transport services in Chelyabinsk;The fourth chapter includes the construction of the evaluation model of Chelyabinsk urban public transport service quality,including the organization index,the technical index,the customer satisfaction index;The fifth chapter introduces the experience of improving the quality of urban public transport service in foreign countries,including the United States,China,Europe countries,and other;On the basis of the previous chapters,the sixth chapter puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of urban public transport service in Chelyabinsk city.
