Likelihood ratio test,based on the maximum likelihood method,is an important statistical method.It has good statistical characteristics such as consistency,validity,invariance,etc.In recent years,the likelihood ratio test has been widely used in Economics and Finance,Computers,Mathematical science,Medical technology and other fields.In this paper,the likelihood ratio test is applied to research the urban public transport networks.Urban public transport is the driving force of urban development and the link between social and economic activities and people's lives.Recently,the problems of urban traffic congestion,energy consumption and environmental deterioration caused by motor vehicle exhaust have seriously affected the life of urban residents in China and restricted the development of cities.The public transport is the most efficient way,and has the advantages of wide coverage and energy saving.Therefore,developing public transport is an effective way to solve urban traffic problems,and has a global and guide influence on the urban economy.The urban public transportation network is a typical complex network composed a large number of bus stations and lines.In this paper,the bus lines and the bus stations in Hohhot are represented as nodes respectively,to modeling two complex networks:bus lines networks and bus stations networks.A bus line in Hohhot is represented as a node in public transport lines network.If any two bus lines have the same bus station,then linked an edge between the corresponding nodes.A bus station in Hohhot is represented as a node in public transport stations network.If the same line go through two bus stations,and then connected an edge between the two nodes.Through the city bus website(http://www.8684.cn/),the data of public transport in Hohhot was downloaded.The data updated to July 5,2017.The original data,including 122 bus lines and 1183 bus stations,was processed using SQLite Database Browser.The contents include category,bus line,bus station,correspondence between bus line and bus station.In addition,the IC card recharge information,tourist line and rail traffic are deleted.Finally,105 bus lines and 887 bus stations are selected as the object of analysis.The main contents are as follows:1.The bus lines complex network and the bus stations complex network are modeled.The degree,the clustering coefficient,and the average path length are calculated.The clustering coefficients of the public transport network in Hohhot are all greater than 0.7.The average path lengths are 1.56 and 2.179 respectively.The results show that the average length of the public transport network in Hohhot is small and the clustering coefficient is relatively large.Therefore,the Hohhot public transport network has small-world characteristics.2.The degree distribution and clustering degree distribution of the public transport network in Hohhot are analyzed.The likelihood ratio test is used to test the degree distribution and the clustering degree distribution of the two networks.The cumulative degree distribution of public transport lines complex network follows a linear function.The cumulative degree distribution of the bus stops complex network is exponential distribution.The clustering degree distribution of the public transport complex network does not pass the likelihood ratio test.It cannot be fitted by the function.
