| In the era of rapid flow of human resources,capital,information and other elements,talents are scarce resources.Social progress and national development all need the support and participation of a large number of talents.As a basic and leading industry of national economy,the transportation industry is an important embodiment of a country’s competitiveness.In order to keep up with the development of talent,attract talent takes root in the local development,transportation dongtai further implement the strategy of talent strong city,transportation,public transportation personnel as supporting the first resource of the traffic industry development in this region,promote dongtai city public transportation high-speed,stable and sustainable development.Although dongtai city has achieved good results in the construction of urban public transport talent team,there is a big gap with Shanghai and other regions.How to grasp the talent is the pulse of the first productive forces,and how to innovate the talent team construction of urban public transportation in dongtai city has become an urgent task.This research focuses on the construction of urban public transport talent team in dongtai city.Based on the research on urban public transport talent at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the general situation of the construction of urban public transport talent team in dongtai city through empirical investigation,so as to innovate the path of the construction of urban public transport talent team in dongtai city.This study is divided into five parts.The introduction part from Dongtai city public transportation research work according to the actual situation of the research on the construction of urban public transport talent team in Dongtai city,explores its background and significance as a topic,and points out the methods used in the research process,possible difficulties and key points.The second chapter will define the concept of the personnel and the public transportation talent,and screened with this thesis research corresponds to hierarchy of needs theory,"incentive-care" theory,human capital theory and new factor of production theory,and the four theories of the theoretical point of view respectively,pointing out the support of each theory to this study.The third chapter sums up and summarizes the Dongtai city public traffic current situation of the construction of talent team,and have achieved results,analysis the practice research of firsthand materials,the Dongtai city public transportation in the process of the talent team construction,the structure and distribution of talents is not reasonable,personnel training way is not science,is not capable talents construction security three aspects carefullyexplored,find out the reasons for the problems are the lack of scientific talent development,training methods are not targeted,and the lack of talent incentive mechanism.The fourth chapter draws lessons from excellent cases at home and abroad to learn their effective measures,so as to inspire the corresponding construction of urban public transport talent team in Dongtai city.The fifth chapter is based on the research results,put forward three corresponding Suggestions for the talent team construction of Dongtai city’s urban public transport,namely,optimize the talent structure layout level,improve the talent team training system,and establish a standard talent team construction. |
