With the increasing demand for the schools to the mental health and with the development of the mental health education, the quality for school mental health education is the necessary requirements. It is to be a prerequisite to build a team of mental health education teachers which have good psychological quality, theoretical level and practical ability to carry out the effective mental health education. Through a research about mental health education teachers of primary and secondary school in Baoshan District, Shanghai, we found that there are the following questions in the current mental health education of primary and secondary schools:(1)The team structure of mental health education teachers is not ideal;(2)There are large differences between the schools about mental health education;(3)Existing types of training in post difficult to meet the needs of mental health education teachers'professional growth.Looking forward to the macro policy conditions mature at the same time, as a regional education and research organizations through action research, for natural, real, dynamic situation of psychological work of teachers to improve the quality of school mental health education, to solve specific problems encountered in practice, this is the primary objective. We try to build a professional support system by problem-oriented, peer assistance-to approach. Highlight the construction of the system of teacher teamwork, communication and ecological characteristics, Meet the three conditions of resources present what are the adequate resources, the convenient, and the multi-and bi-directional sharing of resources and scientific logic presented,the use of communication and networking site focused on the exchange phase with the Institute of cross-type pattern, within the group of mental health education teachers to promote the work of the practical problems for strengthen exchanges and communication. The content construction of "peer assistance-professional support" system including two dimensions:one is professional expertise and the other is practical ability. Use of community resources, mental health education teachers received professional and emotional support by the form of peer support.By more than two years of research, "peer assistance-professional support" system recommended a number of professional knowledge for current mental health education teachers; accumulated a wealth of activities experience, resources and information in the theme; effectively improve the region's quality of mental health education; and promote teachers in four areas:professional knowledge, professional practice, academic influence and carry out research of interest.The results of research show that the system provide a good platform for professional growth of mental health education teachers in the region. And problem-oriented research in practice to meet the needs of teachers to solve work problems, peer assistance-to approach as the entry point, not only to meet the needs of teachers'career growth, but also to meet the psychological sense of belonging. As the direction of the next phase of research, further development of the system also need to consider further the growth of the system to build content and logical relations, problem solving, practical and scientific relationships, and resources presented by the relationship between diversity and level.
