Objective: To explore the effect of different exercise intensity on emotional state of high school students.The 30 senior high school students in Jinzhou city by using experimental method(male 15,female 15)emotional state interference and 8min movement in the process of movement before and after the real-time detection of emotional state;to investigate whether 8min of different exercise intensity of emotional changes and short-term emotional benefits with time,gender differences,relationship between positive state and exercise intensity and exercise time,try to break what high school students small exercise intensity more easily eliminate negative emotions,have put forward reasonable suggestions of positive emotions,provide scientific methods and theoretical support during high school students' negative emotion for a small recess and improve the scientific training.Methods: the ordinary high school students as subjects,using the index of heart rate monitoring exercise intensity,respectively,and the mistress of different intensity of small 8min and 4min during exercise in the exercise,exercise and exercise 12 min emotional state evaluation,the independent variables are the exercise intensity(each strength is divided into 5 periods),gender(two levels: male and female);the dependent variable is the emotion(pleasure,vitality,smooth,fatigue,depression and anxiety).Chi square test was conducted using Chinese version of SPSS19.0.Results:1,emotional changes during different exercise intensity and its short-term benefits: high intensity of exercise fatigue,depression and anxiety mood fluctuations,more significant changes,while the other three kinds of emotional experience appear relatively stable;moderate intensity exercise in frequency and benefit of pleasant mood and energy of emotion is the most obvious,fatigue,depression and anxiety are the most obvious elimination effect;low intensity exercise during the pleasure of emotion and emotional gains high smooth,smooth late emotions into pleasant mood,fatigue,depression,anxiety and mood improvement are also significant.2,different exercise periods of emotional state change: pleasant state,low intensity exercise training in 0~4min and the best time for exercise 5~9 minutesafter the emergence of optimization;the best time for exercise in the exercise intensity and exercise in 4~5min 0~12min after optimization;0~8min continued to decline in high intensity exercise,after exercise 0~12min recovery;dynamic state low intensity exercise and exercise in 0~5min 10-11 min after optimization;medium intensity exercise and exercise in 3~6min 10~12min after optimization;3~5min high intensity exercise has increased,other time is relatively low;smooth state,5~7min low intensity exercise maintained at the highest level,in the post exercise 3~7min maintained at a high level,2~4min;6min to exercise after exercise in the 8min stable rising state;smooth state frequency intensity did not significantly change before and after exercise in.During exercise the wavy,but not higher than the initial frequency;fatigue,high intensity exercise can lower frequency than before in the frequency of exercise intensity during the 2~5min,0~12min,2~5min after exercise and exercise low intensity exercise after 0~12min and before exercise frequency has a significant difference in exercise after the end of 7min.Depression,high intensity and frequency can lower than before exercise frequency,there are significant differences during moderate intensity exercise,0~6min,2~5min,0~12min after exercise exercise low intensity exercise after 0~12min and before exercise in the exercise frequency compared to after the end of 4min.The state of anxiety,high intensity exercise after the end of 3min frequency is slightly lower than that before exercise frequency,there are significant differences during moderate intensity exercise,after exercise,0~12min2~5min 2~5min,and 0~12min after exercise low intensity exercise exercise frequency than before.3,emotional changes during different exercise intensity and the short-term benefits with gender differences: high activity state boys low intensity exercise,followed by pleasant and smooth state,after exercise fatigue,depression and anxiety has been eliminated;the intensity of pleasure and vitality of the state best benefit,small changes in flow experience,after exercise fatigue and depression to eliminate the anxiety,the best benefits;high intensity fatigue,anxiety and depression,feeling most,other emotional states low efficiency.Girls exercise pleasure,vitality and smooth state benefits;in the strength of the best pleasure and smooth benefit,small and medium intensity exercise and late follow-up fatigue,anxiety and depression,eliminate the effect;high intensity fatigue,anxiety and depression,the most intense,the mood was significantly decreased.Conclusion: 1,The emotional changes and short-term emotional benefits of different intensity exercise.2,different intensity of exercise during the emotionalchanges and short-term emotional benefits with time characteristics.3,There were gender differences in emotional changes and short-term emotional benefits during exercise.
