At present,the high school football player's daily training,the learning time arrangement and the limitation of the factors such as the training level of the coaches,only meet is the use of basic techniques and skills;As a football match,especially important endurance load training,is the most easily neglected content in a training session.Many football coaches try to instill track and field endurance in footballers to enhance their endurance.Track and field endurance training,although to a certain extent,enhances athletes' physical fitness,but this is not the specific endurance required in football matches.Football match is intermittent running with high speed and intense physical confrontation,track and field type body weight training is separated from the real game is a way of training,and training to a football match and the service,out of the game does not belong to quality training methods.Football player special endurance training,therefore,must be combined with training with the ball,with technique as the core to practice in the high strength against,from the practice against the body training with the ball,are not football players need special physical fitness.This article uses the literature material method,logic analysis,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,eighty-nine middle school in guangzhou high school school team group,football players to be volunteers,GPEXE system is used to collect the relevant data,and using the orthogonal experimental design method around the group number and the duration of the goal number,practice,practice of group interval of time between the four variables to test design,draw the corresponding orthogonal table of 30 groups of test,this paper will be 30 groups of experiments for twelve attack-defense practice plan.Based on the practice in the form of load monitoring and analysis,the corresponding conclusion,to probe into the above four factors influence on subjects players training load intensity size,the proportion of factors combination scheme of load intensity and find out the factors combination optimal training program,the following conclusions:(1)The active form 1 and the active form 2 are all exercises with moderate aerobic intensity.After the change of intergroup interval time,the intensity of the two forms of exercise was significantly different.Belongs to aerobic exercise form 1.(2)The direction of high strength exercises,direction,practice form 3 belong toaerobic exercise of moderate intensity,exercise time after the change,two kinds of resistance training load intensity are very significant differences.(3)The load intensity of the training form of direction 1 is less than that of the non-directional form 1,and the intensity of the two forms of practice is significantly different after changing the number of goals.(4)In the comparison of the load intensity between groups,as the number of practice groups increases,the practice load will gradually increase.(5)To the number of the goal,practice the group number,exercise time,intermittent time between four factors to control,more practice strength less than two of the goal of the goal,the goal of exercise intensity than direction,practice,intermittent time constant exercise intensity is less than the intermittent time decreasing practice.(6)Of the four factors,the number of the goal was the most influential to the experiment,and the practice time was the second.The number of the practice group was the third in the experiment,and the interval was the last.(7)Around the practice group number,the goal number,time,intermittent time experiment plan designed by four factors,in having no goal 3 minutes between groups intermittent time decreasing the five group of practice for the optimal combination.
