Standing long jump is one of the test items in the middle school entrance examination of physical education.Because of its high difficulty,it plays an important role in the performance of the middle school entrance examination.According to the available data,there are many studies on standing long jump,but most of them are from the perspective of professional or amateur athletes.For the special group and environment of junior high school students,in order to improve their performance of standing long jump,we need not only correct technical movements,but also better explosive quality of special limbs.There are many studies on standing long jump,but few on specific strength and training methods.Therefore,the key point of this paper is to develop the explosive power of the lower limbs of the junior high school students to establish the explosive power of the lower limbs of the standing long jump,and to find the means to improve the explosive power of the lower limbs of the junior high school students to establish the explosive power of the lower limbs of the standing long jump,so as to improve the performance of the standing long jump.This paper chooses the independent and dependent variables of the experimental group by the methods of literature,expert interviews and questionnaire survey,and then divides 60 junior middle school students into experimental group and control group.On the premise that there is no significant difference in the basic information,technical evaluation and performance of the two groups of subjects,this paper verifies the opposition of extremity explosive force training means in the special event of long jump through experimental method.The influence of fixed jump performance.Finally,using mathematical statistics method to collate and compare the data before and after the experiment on the technical evaluation and performance indicators of the two groups of subjects.This paper focuses on the research of the means of establishing the explosive strength training of the limbs in the fixed long jump for junior middle school students,and draws the following conclusions through the analysis and demonstration of the experimental results:1.The results of standing long jump skill evaluation in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group after adding the selected training methods of explosive strength of the limbs.2.The results of standing long jump reaching the standard in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.3.The method of lower limb explosive force training selected by the experimental group is specific and has a good effect on the improvement of the performance of the fixed long jump.
