21 century requires innovative talents and well-rounded people.Therefore,education has to adapt to the development of the times,deepening the reform continuously and promoting quality education.It is no denying that the construction of teachers' team plays an essential role in promoting educational reform.In information technology class of Chinese secondary education,Teachers' teaching abilities still need to be improved.In order to enhance teaching standards effectively,the teacher should have sufficient academic knowledge and high-quality teaching skills.This essay is based on PCK research,combining the survey of the current situation of the information technology class in Chinese secondary education.Besides,this essay analyses the case study of two teachers,and discusses the main ways of PCK growth of secondary school information technology teachers,and offers some suggestions on how to improve the teaching level of information technology teachers in middle schools.Through the questionnaire and interview it is increasingly evident that the teaching methods of information technology in secondary education are out-of date and monotonous.Students learning ability needs to be further improved.Therefore,enhancing the secondary school information technology teachers' PCK is imperative.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction which is elaborate on the research background of two aspects of PCK research towards education and teaching and raises several certain issues.In addition,this essay analyzes both the research status of PCK in domestic and abroad and discussesresearch implications and research methods of this paper.The second part of essay focuses on research process and analysis.The data can be calculated by questionnaires,the analysis of student's grades and the interview of two teachers.According to the current situation of PCK and the character of information technology teaching model,this essay will compare and analyses their classes and provide the fundamental principles of the design of information technology teaching model.(To ensure the veracity of outcomes,the data is calculated by using SPSS software).The third section of this paper is the conclusion and enlightenment of research.It will compare the difference of teaching between two teachers and conclude the way in which the PCK of information technology teachers in secondary education can increase significantly.Finally,the suggestion that is useful to improve information technology teachers' PCK will be provided clearly.Peroration is in the fourth part which includes author's conclusion.
