University Social Work Institution To Undertake Projects Of Social Network Analysis

After more than 100 years of development,social network analysis has become a research paradigm in many disciplines.In this paper,we study combined with social capital,social support,such as weak relationship advantage theory,by using case study,observation and social network analysis method,the general pattern to social work agencies to undertake projects in colleges and universities and the structure of the network are discussed.Through social work agencies to undertake projects in colleges and universities network formed by the analysis of the characteristics and significance of the university social work institutions in a wider social background,understand the external relations of the organization of social work of colleges and universities,find out the general pattern of university social work agencies to undertake project,the impact of the changes in the social network to undertake projects.This article,from the specific volunteer network,supervisor network and external network project of social work institutions,analyzing the network point,line,network scale and the relationship between composition,heterogeneity and convergence centricity,density and stability,etc.Understanding of social work institutions internal volunteer network,network and external network project supervisort heoretical significance and practical significance,it is concluded that the social network in the mechanism of action of the social work agencies to undertake projects in colleges and universities include: the establishment of a social network contact formation mechanism;The centrality of social networks produces decision-making mechanisms;Social networks form support mechanisms through various "mutual aid";Social networks create incentives through the flow of money;Social networks form the diffusion mechanism through the flow of resources;Social networks form regulatory mechanisms through the flow of information;The consistency of the interests is a dynamic mechanism;The bi-directional feedback mechanism of the relationship;The existence of social networks forms a monitoring mechanism.Furthermore,some Suggestions are put forward for the project,including the university level,the government level and the social aspect.This research for the university to provide theoretical support for the development of social work institutions,promote the promotion of the social work profession in university,to provide a train of thought for the transformation of the development of colleges and universities,for the country's social management and social harmonious development of their power and ideas.
