Since the convening of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,my country has begun to vigorously promote the construction of the social work system,making the social work cause enter a period of rapid development.Social work service institutions(hereinafter referred to as social work institutions)are an important part of social institutions in my country,an important platform for social work professionals to play their role,and an important subject of social service provision.Promoting the development of social work institutions is crucial to strengthening the construction of social institutions,The construction of social work talent team and the construction of social work service system are of great significance.City W,as one of the first batch of pilot areas for the construction of social work talent teams in the country,has given full play to the spirit of pioneering and experimenting.This paper takes three social work institutions in W city as an example,on the basis of analyzing the status quo,formation process and function of social capital of social work service institutions(hereinafter referred to as social capital of social work institutions),and proposes from two perspectives of cultivating and utilizing social capital of social work institutions Specific development strategies of social work institutions.This paper uses the case study method,under the guidance of social capital theory and stakeholder theory,divides the social capital of social work institutions into internal social capital and external social capital;internal social capital mainly refers to the professional ability of employees,and among employees,The degree of interaction between employees and volunteers and the organizational culture of social work institutions;external social capital is divided into service buyer relationship capital,service object relationship capital,street or community relationship capital,competitor relationship capital,and other social capital.On this basis,first of all,the analysis of the social capital status of the three social work institutions found that the internal social capital of the social work institutions has an overall lack of professional ability of employees,the interaction frequency between employees and between employees and volunteers needs to be improved,and there is a lack of distinctive features.Organizational culture and other issues;the external social capital of social work institutions has problems such as a single service buyer,a broad service target group,unstable cooperative communities,lack of interaction between institutions,and other relationship capital that needs to be strengthened.Secondly,the generation process of social capital of social work institutions is divided into four stages:the first stage is to establish the resource concept of social work institutions,the second stage is to obtain the social trust of various stakeholders,the third stage is to build social networks,and the fourth stage is to form Reciprocity norms.Thirdly,the role of social capital of social work institutions focuses on the positive role of social work institutions in obtaining social resources,which is mainly manifested in their positive effects on obtaining resources such as manpower,materials,funds,and projects.Finally,the development strategy of social work institutions is put forward,which is specifically manifested as cultivating internal and external social capital of social work institutions,and realizing social capital of social work institutions "from scratch";strengthening human resource management to help the construction of talent teams;accurately positioning material resources to help Material supply for activities;strengthening the management of raised funds,improving the conversion rate of funds,standardizing project resource management,and building a project management mechanism in four aspects,making suggestions for better use of social capital of social work institutions,and realizing the social capital "from existence to excellence",in order to promote the sustainable development of social work institutions.The generation of social capital of social work institutions has a very complicated process.In this process,social work institutions need to do a lot of work and invest enough resources.However,compared with the complexity of the social capital generation process of social work institutions,the reduction and disappearance of social capital of social work institutions is relatively easy to happen,and may have a fatal impact due to a certain accident or special event.It provides a useful reference for the cultivation and development of social capital,and ultimately promotes the orderly development of social work institutions.
