German Outstanding Teacher Education Program:Path And Training Goal

In today's rapidly changing modern society,excellent talents are the eternal pursuit in the development and competition among the countries.The cultivation of the talent is deeply rooted in education,and teacher education is the solid foundation of the whole education,so teacher education increasingly catches eyes of the countries.According to the changing of educational idea and phenomenon,the educational circles discuss and contributed a lot.Governments gradually introduce and popularize the concept of outstanding teachers' education,aiming to adapt to the needs of the development of contemporary education,also to cultivate more excellent talents.This study chooses the path and training goal of German outstanding teacher education as the research object,with detailed elaboration on its content.The study also introduced the development of German outstanding teacher education,and it shows the advantages of the concept as well as the significance promoting effect on German education career,which is also of great help to the development of our country's teacher education.There are four parts in the study.The first part is the introduction,and it introduces the research reason,the significance and the research status and methods under the premise of searching a great number of reference material and literature.The second part introduces the background?main content?standard and connotation of the German outstanding teacher education,and so it lays the solid foundation for the third part on the path of the outstanding teacher education.In the third part,this research emphatically discusses the mode of pre-service education,which establishes a comprehensive understanding on German outstanding teacher education.In the fourth part,the study shows the positive enlightenment that the mode of German outstanding teacher education may bring to the development of China's education.Based on the analysis and summary of the development of German outstanding teacher education,by fostering strength and circumventing weakness,the researchhopes to provide excellent experience to the progress of China's modern educational reform.
