Study On Construction Of Teacher Education Community Based On Pre-employment Training Of Outstanding Teacher

Driven by the reform of teacher education,The Outstanding Teacher Training Program has been fully launched in China.At the same time,many normal colleges have established corresponding training mechanisms.To construct a Teacher Education Community(TEC)is a necessity.As a cultivating mode of comprehensive education for pre-employment teachers,the community of teacher education is the main way to integrate resources and improve the quality of educational practice.It can effectively solve the problems of weak teaching staff and poor adaptability of pre-employment teachers,which is of great significance for the cultivating of professional and innovative outstanding teachers.Therefore,this research eyes on the construction of the TEC,prospectively to illustrate and explore the theory and practice of building a TEC in universities,which brings enlightenment to the current universities that carry out excellent teacher training projects and construct and optimize the excellent teacher training model.This article mainly depends on the literature analysis and case study to explore the main body,characteristics and practice of TEC,which based on cultivating outstanding teachers.Above all,this paper elucidates the necessity for constructing the TEC and combs the research situation that other colleges and scholars at home and abroad have acquired in constructing TEC to train outstanding teachers as a development context for the article.Secondly,this paper expounds the essential attributes,characteristics,construction principles and practical value of TEC,which provides theoretical support for analyzing the practical situation of TEC constructed by training master of education in case schools.Thirdly,it reveals the achievements,problems and causes in the practice of TEC.S normal university places a high value on the construction of TEC,which has achieved certain results,but it still has some defects,such as lacking of initiative connection of teaching member,the role of local government and school of basic education is not enough,the evaluation mechanism is not perfect and so on.Finally,in view of the causes of the problems,the aim is to train outstanding teachers,through the relevant theoretical basis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the problems to optimize the construction of TEC from three aspects,including creating a cooperative culture,strengthening cooperation guarantee and establishing long-term operation mechanism.
