Employment stability is social stability, and college students' employment difficulties have become one of the hot topics of constant attention. As the special group, many people have problems of poor economic independent consciousness ? lack of self-discipline ability and so on,they face the various risks in the job search.Only by introducing this risk into the employment choice is college students choosing their own business to have practical significance.Based on it,build the model of "risk tolerance-employability-employment choice",in order to further enrich the research of college students' employment.Based on a survey with 460 questionnaires from 2014-2016 college graduated students from Guangdong,Jiangxi,Anhui,Shanghai, etc.According to the three key variables of risk tolerance, employability and employment, empirical analyzes the college students' employment situation and enriches the research on the its employment field. We inspect the connotation of college students' risk tolerance and employment ability by factor analysis method,The empirical results indict that risk tolerance of college students is composed of risky control ability and attitude risk tendency, and interpersonal skill(cooperation ability and power),learning ability, ability applied and work skill compose the employment ability of college student.College students who have low risk tolerance tend to have low self-perception of employment ability, other students have high self-perception of employment ability. In the empirical study of risk rolerance and employment of college students, attitude risk tendency failed to pass the test of significance;risk tolerance and risky control ability have negative effects on its employment. In addition,we inspect the cox semi-parametric regression and moderating effect model using spss19.0 about “risk rolerance-Job Search-Employment Satisfaction”model. The result shows that:College Students' job search is like "pluck the wheatears",job search has different moderating effect in different groups. In low risk tolerance group, with the extension of the search time,College students who have higher risk tolerance would show lower employment satisfaction. In high risk tolerance group, the moderating effect of job search failed to pass the test of significance. In the analysis model of "risk tolerance, employability and employment choice",firstly, the result of the model about “risk tolerance, behavioral preference and employment ability” shows that individual behavior preference plays a partial mediating effect on the influence of risk tolerance on college students' employment ability, but with the increase of risk tolerance, the direction of its impact will change.Secondly,we used logistic regression analysis method to analysis the effect of the employment ability of the college students on its employment. The result shows that the employment ability of college students has a positive effect on its employment. In addition,Quantile Regression Method was used to test the influencing factors of female college students' employability. It can be seen that educational levels are still the key factors that affect the female college students' employability. For the female students with not high employability.,the more outgoing personality is the basis to improve their employability. The volatility of emotional consciousness will affect the female college students' employability As the key factor in predicting the effect of learning or training, conscientiousness and openness to experience have the significant effect on the perceived level of female college students' employability. Finally,we uses the STATA analysis to test the "risk tolerance-employability-employment choice" model, and shows that the employment ability of college students plays a part of mediating role in the employment choice of risk tolerance.
