In this paper,based on the gravity,friction,decomposition or synthesis of stress and Newton's law of motion and other related knowledge as the theoretical background,start with the common"chopsticks clamp glass ball" activities,the "chopsticks clamp glass"as the main object research,so that students can explore from a living activities to study the important knowledge of the high school mechanics.Therefore it can improve students' comprehensive application of knowledge ability and achieve the purpose of comprehend by analogy.Before the teaching design,the author research the activity of chopsticks clamp glass ball",so the design start with the common "chopsticks clamp glass ball" activities,analysis and calculation for the "chopsticks clamp glass"as the main object of study.The author select the bamboo chopsticks,glass material products to research the study.In the derivation calculation,the maximum static friction stress equal to the sliding friction formula approximately,and the angle between the chopsticks is small,so the sine value is approximately equal to the tangent value.Based on those can advance the quantitative analysis of the problem.From the"chopsticks folder glass ball" activities to introduce the core of the subject:Why chopsticks can clamp a small glass ball and can not clamp a large glass ball?With many words to detail explore the"chopsticks clamp glass" involved in a series of questions,and finally back to the "chopsticks clamp glass ball" quantitative explanation.This inquiry learning design is based on the form of interaction between students' perceived operational activities and axiomatic deduction,which does not remain in the emotional level of activity and avoids the deduction of logical deduction in traditional teaching.Based on the psychological characteristics and learning ability of ordinary high school students,this paper show with the real phenomenon and feelings to attract the students' interest in the study of"chopsticks clamp glass balls or glass"step by step.Throughout the process,from the beginning of each link,including the force diagram,experimental operation and other details of the problem to deepen the understanding of students,at this point is different from the traditional classroom pure deductive reasoning.From the simple foundation,so that students can fully understand the quantitative interpretation of the problems involved in this activity,and truly achieve the intention of comprehensive inquiry learning.
