Great changes have taken place in the cities ever since China's reform and opening-up policy.The countryside has also enjoyed a significant development.However,there are still many differences in the development of middle schools between the cities and the rural areas,because of that the construction of the dormitory culture in rural areas is quite weak.They need to be vigorously developed and constructed.China has a huge population base,of which the total number of people who need to be educated is large,and a lot more people in rural areas need to be educated as well.So a sound construction of the dormitory culture in rural areas is closely link to their overall abilities to run a school.This is an indispensable requirement for further development of education reform.Therefore,The environment that educates students is of great importance.Society,family and school are three different roles that are closely interacted.It is wrong that the one-sided view prevailing in society that the dormitory culture construction merely depends on the school.The prevalent of mammonish in society is especially influencing the healthy development of dormitory culture.Students are trying hard to get close to those students who have a rich family background.They try to form close relationship with them with great passion in daily life.This situation will become even worse when they graduated from the school if we don' t stop this unhealthy tendencies and evil influences.Those students will become inhumane.They will pursue and admire the rich and the powerful and show indifferent to them when they become poor.The pure and simple cultural and educational relationship within the dormitory lays a solid foundation for society culture.This thesis statement is meant to study the T middle school which is a typical one and offer my personal opinions and suggestions according to the existing problems in the development of dormitory culture construction in rural areas.Therefore my suggestions may have a positive and helpful theoretical guide to the dormitory culture development in middle schools in rural areas.This paper is mainly discussed in five aspects:Part One is the introduction of the background,purpose and significance of the paper.Obviously,the study of the current situation of dormitory culture in middle schools in rural areas is in favor of completing the practical teaching of humanity ideological education for students in rural areas,creating a united and healthy class environment and forming good civilized habits in middle schools.Bold response measures are being raised according to the problems existing in the dormitory culture construction of middle schools in rural areas.Thus playing an important function of cultivating students within the dormitory culture construction itself.Situations are that students consciously maintain the unity of the classes and the schools.They will carry forward the goodness of Chinese traditional culture and become healthy and modern qualified students whose deeds accord with words.This has brand new meaning.Part Two is the analysis of the current situation of dormitory culture in four aspects:System culture,material culture,spiritual culture and behavior culture.The ultimate purpose of making dormitory management is to standardize students behavior and promote the students to have roughly the same standard of behavior.Schools can assess them according to their daily lodging.The author thinks the dormitory system contains the dormitory management organization system and dormitory management system.The dormitory system culture occurs when the two systems combine.This system culture can help combine the student's life philosophy and value into an ideology pattern,which will produce personal behavior after their respective realization and experience.In this way,T middle school with its students in pursuit of the same value will have its own characters which other schools cannot imitate.In order to meet all the needs of students'lodging requirement,the material products and the related culture content occur.They are the real content of material culture.The more plentiful of the material culture,the more complete of the construction.Students will be influenced more by the relevant dormitory environment,and the relevant material products will influence students' daily life and study.Gradually,students can sense the theory and the value of the school,as a consequence of which they will realize a student's humanity ideological education.Part Three is the cause of the existing problems of dormitory culture.The difficulties of abiding the regulations though the system is completed,the urgent need to improve the shortage of material equipments,A sound dormitory culture environment has not been formed,all kinds of dormitory regulations have not been established,a lagging economic situation in rural areas,the dormitory administrator's quality needs to be improved and teachers and students are not attaching great importance to the construction of dormitory culture.Part Four is several counter measures of the dormitory culture construction according to the problems.Build a harmonious and humane material culture environment,invest more money in dormitory infrastructure,show care for humanity,enlarge the culture construction of the school walls and the surrounding places of the school,focus on the life quality and set socialist core values as the main content of the culture construction,build a spiritual culture environment with harmony,civilization and ideological education,cultivate the right direction of life philosophy and value,cultivate students' gracious aesthetic standard with prominent taste,mould a student' s energetic image,recur humanity,make the dormitory culture construction as the key to beautify the environment,constantly fulfill the students' spiritual appeals,transfuse strong spiritual force for the students' growth,establish a management education system organization,advocate a healthy behavior culture centered on students,make clear of the responsibilities of the school leadership and duties of the middle-level leaders,realize the daily duty teacher system and update the dormitory administrators' minds.
