A Research Of The Applied Undergraduates Cultivating In The Local Universities

With the transformation and upgrading of the market economy and the layout adjustment of industrial structure in our country,The demand for "applied talents" with solid theoretical knowledge and rich practical ability is increasing in all walks of life.As an important part of higher education in China,local universities and colleges have shouldered the historical mission cultivating practical talents for the local economic and social development.Nowadays,along with the competition for talents is getting fiercer and the pressure on graduates to obtain employment is increasing,the talent competition in higher education become increasingly fiercely.How to cultivate high-quality comprehensive applied talents for society through adopting university-enterprise cooperation and diversified personnel training mode,has become an important subject in the development of local colleges and universities.Based on perspective of school enterprise cooperative education,this paper,with literature research and case study,analyzes the current situation of the applied undergraduates cultivating in the local universities,lists the advanced experience of application type talent cultivation in developed countries universities.Then,this paper chooses two different local universities and colleges,analyzes the successful measures and experiences of its enterprises,and provides some reference points for the cultivation of applied talents in our local colleges and universities.This article mainly discusses in the following aspects:Firstly,the chapter mainly clarifies the research background,the significance of the study,the literature review,and describes the specific research ideas.Secondly,Based on the defining to the core concepts,the chapter analyzes the differences in the cultivation of applied talents at different levels,described characteristics of the applied talents,and puts forward four theoretical basis of applied talents education in local universities.Then,the chapter analyzes the necessity and development status of application type talents and summarizes the problem of cultivating talents in local colleges and universities,including: cultivating goals is out of touch with the training of talent,the system theory is out of balance with practice,the practice teaching process is in the form,the construction of the teachers team is single,the teaching evaluation system is not perfect,and so on.The fourth chapter lists advanced cultivating experience and models in Germany and the United States.,and puts forward the further development of undergraduatepractical talents cultivation suggestions.Then select the Yangtze University and the Inner Mongolia Normal University as case,which have made some experience in exploring university-enterprise cooperation.and analyze its successful experience and the shortage of training applied talents.Finally,based on perspective of school enterprise cooperative education,the sixth chapter puts forward some suggestion and strategies to help improve the cultivation of applied talents in education at the undergraduate level.
