| This study mainly focuses on analysis on the influencing factors of the training of Applied Talents in local universities,and provides a structural framework for the training of general applied talents.First of all,we discuss the training of applied talents from a theoretical perspective,from the perspective of philosophy,epistemology,economics and histology,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for this study.This paper mainly through the questionnaire survey method,and through the quantitative research method verify the research hypotheses putting forward in the research design.Then,according to the findings of the study,put forward effective recommendations for different local universities.First of all,through the literature analysis to determine the five dimensions of the training of applied talents,and accordingly design a questionnaire to carry out a large scale investigation.Secondly,using SPSS and AMOS questionnaire by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis method to verify the dimensions,we found the system structure of applied talents cultivation constituting the training objectives,training content,training methods,training conditions in five dimensions;thirdly,using variance analysis to test the characteristics of cooperation between different colleges and the cultivation of applied talents;then,to test that there were significantly positive correlation between the dimensions of training applied talents by using Pearson correlation analysis method;finally,the use of AMOS in path analysis model of determinants of the quality of the training of applied talents training objectives.There are different influences and different directions on the quality of the training of applied talents training.The following conclusions are drawn through the study.Generally speaking,the five dimensions of the training target,mode,content,condition and quality constitute the structure of applied talents training system,and there are different degrees of difference between the universities and the enterprise cooperation between the different universities and the enterprise.In the school-enterprise cooperation,the training objectives and the quality of training have significant differences in the various dimensions of the training of applied talents,thetraining mode and content,and the minimum training conditions.From the perspective of different undergraduate colleges and universities,in addition to the cultivation of the content dimension,the training objectives,conditions,ways and quality of private colleges and universities are higher than the provincial undergraduate and municipal undergraduate colleges.In the dimension of training,the provincial universities and the municipal undergraduate colleges are equal.In the training objectives,content,conditions and quality,it is the provincial capital.The colleges and universities are all higher than the municipal universities.The training objectives,conditions,contents and ways and the quality of training constitute a path map.The direct path,the cultivation condition,the training mode and the training target,has a positive effect on the quality of training and reaches a significant level,and the indirect path is the medium variable,the cultivation content,the training target and the cultivation condition of the cultivation mode.The quality of cultivation also had positive effects and reached a very significant level.The results of this study help to improve the quality of applied talents and also deepen the actions of the college teachers and administrators in Colleges and universities,and provide the reference for related research in China. |
