With the advancement of a new round of industrial and technological revolutions,the global industrial structure is constantly being adjusted and optimized.Faced with such a situation,China's social and economic development has a strong demand for talents,and it urgently needs a group of high-quality applied talents.As an important part of China's higher education,local undergraduate colleges and universities undertake the important task of cultivating the application-oriented talents needed for local economic development in the development process.School-enterprise collaboration is an important way for local undergraduate colleges to cultivate applied people.The OBE concept,as a modern education and teaching concept,is student-centered and emphasizes output-oriented,which is conducive to cultivating students' knowledge,ability and quality.Therefore,this thesis is aimed at local undergraduate colleges,and the guidance of OBE concept has important theoretical and practical significance for the collaborative training of high-quality applied talents by schools and enterprises.Through the literature research method,this thesis conducts in-depth research and analysis on the connotation,implementation principles and main points of the OBE concept,and combines the characteristics of applied talents in local undergraduate colleges.Based on the demand,the knowledge,ability and quality of applied talents Specific analysis of the new requirements;taking Northeast Petroleum University as an example,the school and enterprise according to the OBE concept,in accordance with the requirements of the knowledge,ability and quality of applied talents,from the principles of training program development,OBE concept of applied talents training goals,graduation requirements and courses The relationship between the system,the establishment of application-oriented talent training goals,the decomposition of graduation requirements and graduation requirement index points,and the establishment of curriculum and curriculum systems to reversely formulate a school-enterprise collaborative application talent training program;in the application talent training program In the implementation,the school-enterprise collaboratively conducts output-oriented theoretical lesson teaching,ability-oriented practical lesson teaching,employment-oriented innovation and entrepreneurship education,the construction of a "dual-teacher" teacher team,and a continuous improvement mechanism for the quality of applied talent cultivation.The application talent trainingmanagement system,the collaborative construction of practical teaching bases and the sharing of informatized teaching resources are all three aspects to improve the implementation guarantee system of collaborative application talent training in local undergraduate colleges and enterprises under the OBE concept to ensure the implementation of the application talent training program.Go smoothly and improve the quality of applied talents.
