The cultivation of application-oriented talents in local universities is the focus of education reform and development in our country at the present stage and has been highly valued by the state.The key to realizing the transformation from a big country in human resources to a powerful country in human resources is to build a group of high-quality applied talents as the support.But in front of the personnel training the existing in the process of education homogeneity,low quality of graduates employment difficult employment problems,stick to adjust the direction of running a school under the guidance of education thought,promote the transformation to serving local economic and social development,to train the applied talents of regional economic development is of great significance.As the "national advanced manufacturing research and development base",with the implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy and the continuous development of the eight pillar industries,Tianjin has put forward higher requirements for the quality of talent training.As an important place for the cultivation of applied talents,the local colleges and universities in Tianjin face a new challenge of how to improve the quality of talent cultivation.Based on this background,this paper,from a perspective of regional economic development,based on the process of the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei integration,this study through questionnaire and interview outline design,application technology in tianjin sino-german vocational and technical university and tianjin normal university,two local undergraduate colleges undergraduate students as investigation object,research concerning tianjin sino-german four major at the university of applied technology and eleven professional vocational technology normal university,tianjin survey grade grade,including each professional freshman year to senior year by wide investigation covers comprehensive,improve the credibility of the survey data.In the process of analyzing the survey data,it mainly starts from two aspects,namely,the goal of talent training and the process of talent training.In the process of talent training,it includes curriculum and specialty setting,teaching methods and methods,teacher team construction,school hardware facilities and school-enterprise cooperation.Through the analysis of the survey data,it can be concluded that there are some problems in the talent training process of the two universities,such as unclear training target positioning,unreasonable specialty layout,lack of flexibility in the teachingprocess and insufficient school-enterprise cooperation.According to the existing problems to analyze the causes,mainly from the society,the government,the school and the individual level.The social aspect includes the influence of traditional ideas,the school aspect includes the problems such as the practice teaching process is not deep enough,the curriculum design is not complex enough,the assessment and evaluation is not comprehensive enough,the government aspect includes the lack of management mechanism,and the students' personal aspect includes the reasons such as the unclear self-positioning and lack of interest in the major.Finally,according to the existing problems and causes,the corresponding solutions are put forward,including strengthening the top-level design of the government,paying attention to the revision of social ideas,clarifying the development orientation of the school,building the gold course of the school,building a multi-evaluation system,and students should correct their learning attitude and improve their professional quality.
