In the context of the great development of social civilization of knowledge economy,the rapid updating of knowledge and the ever-changing,and has become an important support for the great development of society.People's knowledge literacy is increasing at the same time,the knowledge of the value of knowledge economy has gradually become the correct recognition.How to do knowledge management in the background of knowledge economy,so that the application of knowledge to maximize the benefits of the current talent training base-the work of teachers in colleges and universities,has a very important significance.As an educational base for the provision of knowledge and energy places for social students,colleges and universities have strict requirements for the choice of teachers,and the invisible knowledge of teachers in colleges and universities is a huge resource of wealth.However,in the current development situation,teachers are affected by their own or school environment,social environment,many of the important value of the knowledge is lost,can not achieve the sharing of talent groups,which must integrate the relevant theory to solve the existing Problem,to help the tacit knowledge of college teachers out of the woods,in order to truly avoid a large loss of hidden knowledge,to achieve sharing,and maximize the value of knowledge to play the purpose of education.The author expresses the full text is divided into five parts,the first part is the preface.The second part is the theoretical chapters,respectively discusses the definition of teachers' tacit knowledge,tacit knowledge formation,role of tacit knowledge.The third part analyzes the current vocational school teachers' tacit knowledge sharing of our country's present situation,from the factors of tacit knowledge itself,personal factors vocational school teachers,school management factors and campus culture factors are discussed.The fourth part is the problems and Countermeasures of vocational school teachers by analyzing tacit knowledge sharing.The fifth part summarizes the thesis,pointed out the insufficiency,the author's own research for improvement.
