Expert teachers and novice teachers, the fundamental difference lies in the expertteacher not only has a lot of expertise, but also has with them a long time in theteaching practice of summary and accumulated experience in teaching skills andknowledge that is tacit knowledge. I played a decisive role in tacit knowledge workand professional development of teachers in the teachers ’professional developmentprocess, which dominates the teachers’ knowledge and behavior plays an importantrole for the teachers ’knowledge, innovation and the creation of the value of teachers’work can be that tacit knowledge is an important cornerstone of the professionaldevelopment of teachers to success. Tacit knowledge of teachers with both the generaltacit knowledge is difficult to describe the expression of abstract personality,situational characteristics, also has its professional uniqueness. Therefore, the divisionof teachers ’tacit knowledge categories to find the tacit knowledge of teacher’s accessto study teachers’ tacit knowledge sharing basis.With the rapid development and popularization of information technology inrecent years, computer networks with its rich resources and its multi-Informationrepresentation is known to broaden the teachers’ tacit knowledge transfer and sharingof ways. Through the literature, this paper will theories on tacit knowledge of teachers’knowledge theory, theory of knowledge management and IT background to study therelated issues of teachers’ tacit knowledge in the context of the era of informationsharing mechanism and shared pathways. Tacit knowledge sharing behavior betweenteachers’ tacit knowledge management in the context of network era, as well asindividual teachers and groups. To discover the main content of teachers ’tacitknowledge, specific performance and other related issues as the form of its existence,as a basis for the effective conversion between the teachers’ tacit knowledge andexplicit knowledge and the sharing of IT as a means of promoting a good way. Teachers’ tacit knowledge to help accelerates growth, so as to promote the professionaldevelopment of teachers. Analysis of teachers ’tacit knowledge of access to theelements and the specific form of expression come to the teachers’ knowledge in thecontext of the era of information management and conversion process mode. Finally,the theoretical model as a guide, teachers’ tacit knowledge sharing network platformfor the development of tools designed to Wordpress, Mybb and the Dokuwiki.
