21stcentury is a networked age. It is also an age for rapid development of vocationaleducation. We educational teachers are the key to the success of the educational developmentand the educational reform. In this newly teaching era, teachers should not only know how toteach and plan to prepare in detail, but also know how to improve their professional quality.We should conclude from the teaching process, pick out the feeling and reflect on theteaching diary and make every teacher especially the new teachers who belong with theinquiry thinking passion get the habits and consciousness of the reflection. Then the tacitknowledge explicit of explicit knowledge can be shared by the scholars and the educationalresearchers.Therefore, how can the teacher especially the new ones effectively improve theprofessional teaching? It is needed to construct and build a system platform, through guidingthe teachers and the headmasters to classify the stuffs in the teaching and in the usualworking and daily life. While in the theory and implementation practicing process, withwriting teaching reflection, this can promote teachers’ self awareness and self training. In theaccumulating and sharing of tacit knowledge in the process of educational teaching, teachersimprove their individual quality and professional ability. And this is the one of the mostimportant issues in the new situation of education that worthy of researching and discussingin details.This study comprises of five chapters to analyze methods of accumulating and sharingthe tacit knowledge in vocational teaching.The first chapter is the introduction. It briefly introduces the research background,research purpose, research significance, and research methodology and research statusanalysis. Definition of related concepts It defines the concept of tacit knowledge, tacitknowledge in vocational school, explicit the implicit knowledge,The second chapter is about existing problems of current methods of the tacitknowledge for vocational education teachers. By way of questionnaire and interview,understand the overall status and existing problems of current situation in middle schoolsand vocational schools. And then reconsider the survey result, present solutions ideas. The third chapter is influence factors of tacit knowledge accumulation and sharing.The fourth chapter is the key point of this study. It mainly base on the traditionalapproach and its limitations show advantages of accumulating and sharing tacit knowledgeafter building the network teaching platform for it.At last, design a new method to improve teaching skills of vocational teachers and so on,and also give a brief summary.The fifth chapter is the conclusion. It discussed and studied network teaching methodsof vocational education teachers which combined with the preceding chapters. Meanwhile, itpoints out the full overview and existing innovative points for insufficient limitations andfuture research, indicating the direction.
