The concept of supportive employment is introduced to China for more than a decade,and for nearly a decade,there have been attempts to support employment in support services.As a result of the traditional problem perspective,the previous disability youth employment focused on asylum employment,ignoring the individual needs of disabled youth.After rehabilitation education and systematic vocational skills training,the disabled young people have the physiological and technical conditions of employment,disabled young people because of their own physical or speech barriers,access to support from the community,have more social resources,to some extent affected the disabled Youth employment support effectiveness.Supportive employment through appropriate support for enterprises and people with disabilities,advocates working in an open and fair competitive working environment,breaking the traditional concept of disabled youth can only be the object of parent and social care without the ability to employ.According to the theory of people-oriented,that the disabled young people have the potential,the disabled youth "grant fishing" type of job placement and material support,can not fundamentally solve their employment problems,and even form a "wait" thought.Therefore,supportive employment for disabled youth is more concerned with the development support of"granting fishing" type of employment guidance,vocational skills training and more respect for individual needs and to enhance the individual capacity of disabled young people.Based on the theory of energizing theory and the status quo of supporting employment,taking Nanning A social work service center in Guangxi as an example,combining with domestic and foreign literature research,from the problem of employment of disabled youth,the two modes of support for the employment of people with disabilities The employment of the disabled employment three aspects of domestic and foreign combing,including the use of observation,literature and other methods,A social work service center of the disabled youth employment service model to study the difficulties faced by the employment of disabled youth.Through the case of service center,this paper discusses the application of case management in the supportive employment of disabled youth and analyzes the intervention of social workers to promote the development of social work service in supportive employment of disabled youth.Guangxi Nanning A social work service center disabled young supportive employment mainly lack of human resources,social resources integration is low,social workers professional philosophy and the actual service of the weak combination of the three status quo.Social workers in the support of employment in the process of flexible link and co-ordinate social resources,to enhance the disabled youth self-care,vocational skills and other aspects of the ability,most parents also A social work service center of the overall service more recognized.However,the increase in interpersonal skills at the client level is not sufficient to help clients deal with interpersonal relationships in an open working environment,and does not adequately mobilize the efforts of families and peers to support young people with disabilities.Social advocacy and advocacy activities to the community to a certain extent,the acceptance of disabled young people,but A social work service center in the process of providing employment support,the lack of systematic social work services,the integration of social resources,low-lying youth policy Less understanding,weak awareness of rights.In order to improve the status quo of supportive employment of disabled young people,Nanning A Social Work Service Center in Guangxi is guided by the theory of energization and use the case management method to increase the individual level,interpersonal and social aspects of the disabled youth Intervene,more respect for the uniqueness of disabled young people,respect for the needs of clients.Social workers through the increase of intervention in this effective path,the flexible use of social work resource integration methods,full link and co-ordinate social resources,wake up the awareness of disabled youth rights,promote the development of supportive employment of disabled youth.The study found that the process of increasing intervention can effectively improve the interpersonal skills and employment skills of disabled young people.Case management can enhance the integration of supportive employment target resources and improve the institutional arrangements to provide strong protection for disabled youth supportive employment.Finally,the support of the disabled youth support employment localization,improve the social security system for people with disabilities,rehabilitation and education to carry out the promotion of disabled youth support employment to explore.
