Action Research On The Construction Of Class Culture In Higher Vocational Colleges

Along with the national construction and economic development,countries have pay more and more attention to the construction and development of vocational education,vocational schools,school size,the number of students are increasing in number.Thought personal character and mental health and the culture transformation of higher vocational education calls for the development of higher vocational education to find a suitable platform and path,the class is a student in the school during the personality growth and development of the basic platform of class culture construction is the breakthrough point of the construction of school culture in higher vocational colleges,the existing schools and class culture and the survival and development,especially the survival and development of the students do not match,determines the necessary to rebuild schools and class culture.This paper through the literature review,on the basis of existing research analysis o f research status at home and abroad,on the basis of the research question,the higher vo cational college class culture construction;Then the class culture connotation and the val ue,function and class culture construction on the path;This paper USES the method of o bservation,analysis,and questionnaire analysis,investigating the baoji vocational and te chnical college class culture construction research and in-depth analysis.Baoji professio nal technology institute are selected different grade,professional and other three classes,a total of 200 students were surveyed,192 questionnaires were issued,187 effective qu estionnaires taken back,the effective rate was 97.4%.Through the investigation the auth or found that the current higher vocational college class culture construction in our coun try there is a support system such as cultural role imbalance,low degree of specializatio n of the teacher in charge work,and class management malpractice big issues such as th e credit system,the writing of this paper is based on the above problems,put forward th e constructive improvement opinion and strategy,in order to our school class culture co nstruction rich theoretical basis and method of operational eventually achieve the goal o f leading the students' healthy growth and development.
