In a certain political economic and technological social background, the culture of management for teachers is a peculiar culture which is formed in the process of developing and utilizing the teacher resources by the school administers in order to realize the particular objectives of organization. This culture is represented in the form of spirit、institution、 material and behavior, and pass through the process of management including decision-making、leadership、motivation and organization, multi-factors、systemic、 functionality and dynamic are its main characteristic in theoretical level. Taking the culture structure as the basis of classification, the culture of management for teachers could be divided into four aspects including management concept for teachers、management system for teachers and management behavior for teachers; Taking management function as the basis of classification, the culture of management for teachers could be divided into four aspects including decision-making culture for teachers、organizational culture for teachers、incentive culture for teachers and leading culture for teachers. The culture of management for teachers in higher-vocational colleges has unique attributes which is different from other organization.In the basis of defining and explaining the concept and connotation of the management culture for teachers, combined with the previous research results, we raise the dimensions of theoretical conception of the management culture for teachers in higher vocational colleges(bureaucratically control、administrative normalization participation and assistance、 management orientation、professional orientation peculiarity), and prepare the questionnaire of management culture for teachers in higher vocational colleges, pretesting93teachers in a certain higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province by the questionnaire. Afterwards, processing the obtained dates by item-analysis、exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, after removing some items which isn’t conformed to the provisions of mathematical statistics, we obtain a six-dimensions questionnaire including34items. In order to explore the effect mechanism of management culture for teachers in higher vocational colleges to the organization commitment of teachers,182teachers in a certain higher vocational colleges are tested by use of the self-designed management culture for teachers in higher vocational colleges and organization commitment of teachers scale.On the basis of results of quantitative research above, taking the growth of double ability teacher theory as analytical framework, we explain and analyze deeply the present situation and problem of management culture for teachers in higher vocational colleges. Based on the above understanding, the remold of management culture for teachers in higher vocational colleges at our country faces adverse conditions, which is show as three main aspects:1.the malpractice of administration system of education、2.the scarcity of power balance mechanization3. the fatter of sick traditional culture、4、The discourse supremacy of general college and university. On the basis of analyzing the previous relatively documents and research results, We give the possible solution paths which solve the problems.
