Object:To understand the non-suicide self-injury(NSSI)of undergraduate students,to explore their risk factors, and to try to establish the early risk predication model of non-suicidal self-injury of undergraduate students. Methods:A study on the undergraduate students of grade 2-3 in a university of Nanchang, using self-designed questionnaire, and through the entries of Ottawa self-injury inventory,Multidimensional sub-health questionnaire of adolescents(MSQA),Egna minnen barndoms uppfostran(EMBU)and Adolescent life events scale(ASLEC)collect the necessary information.According to the current situation survey, the distribution characteristics of NSSI were obtained, and then the risk factors were screened based on logistic regression. Finally used of risk score method to established non-suicidal self-injury early risk prediction model. The results of the model were evaluated by the area under the ROC curve and the positive predictive value.Result:1.Among the 3854 undergraduate students,393(10.2%)were diagnosed as probable NSSI-positive individual.2.Undergraduate students in the way of non-suicidal self-injury,the use of more "hard to bite their own"(52.9%),"pick or scratching themselves"(52.9%)," forced pull their hair "(42.0%),"with the head against the wall"(29.0%).3.Undergraduate students in the choice of non-suicidal self-injury methods there are some differences,"hard to bite their own" more female than male,"forced pull their hair," "with cigarette butts or hot water hot yourself," " Buried in the water so that their suffocation "," excessive or random use of drugs "," swallow or drink cannot eat things " more male than female, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.005).4.Logistic regression analysis showed "childhood maltreatment"(OR=3.493),"minor negligence parents also punished me"(OR=1.995),"nagging what I did in front of others made me feel embarrassed"(OR=1.835),"non-biological mother"(dummy variables,P=0.009),"beat and scolded by my parents"(OR=1.651),"be disgraced"(OR=1.602),"often impulse to want to throw things"(OR=1.601),"failure of the test results are not ideal"(OR=1.553),"often feeling nervous"(OR=1.527)were the main risk factors of non-suicidal self-injury among undergraduates students.5.The NSSI behaviors of undergraduate students were statistically correlated with their suicidal ideation, suicidal plan and suicidal attempt. The OR values were6.596 [95% CI(4.915,8.850)],7.769 [95% CI(4.521,13.353)] and 5.683 [95% CI(2.956,10.927)].6.The ROC curve of the subjects was calculated by the risk score model, the area under the curve was 0.738,95%CI(0.707,0.770).In the 70% sample, the sensitivity was 72.3%,the specificity was 64.8%,the positive predictive value was 19.0% when the cut point was 22.8.Conclusions:1.The prevalence rate of NSSI behavior among undergraduate students was higher.2.Undergraduate students in the choice of non-suicidal self-injury methods there are some gender differences.3."Childhood maltreatment","minor negligence parents also punished me","nagging what I did in front of others made me feel embarrassed","non-biological mother","beat and scolded by my parents","be disgraced","often impulse to want to throw things","failure of the test results are not ideal","often feeling nervous" were the main risk factors of NSSI among undergraduates students.4.The NSSI behaviors of undergraduate students were statistically correlated with their suicidal ideation, suicidal plan and suicidal attempt.5.The early risk prediction model based on risk score can be used to predict NSSI among undergraduate students.
