Current our country the study of experiential teaching mode a lot,but for the experience type teaching mode in the application of specific courses study is relatively rare,also there are few quantitative studies,as well as the benefit of the evaluation of students.At the same time,past research has only considered the experience type teaching mode for different ages students teaching effect,but not from the perspective of the characteristics of gender study experience type teaching mode of physical education curriculum teaching effect.In this paper,by the methods of literature review,expert interview method,practice method to study the experience type teaching mode in high school courses,the application of fosbury style high jump and argued that the experience type teaching mode in physical education curriculum,the application of the following three problems: 1)the easier to apply to the learning of new content,For review and consolidate as the main content of study is unable to use this teaching mode.2)when the experience type teaching mode is adopted to improve the sports teaching can only arrange a new learning content;If two or more can lead to confusion and make the whole class classroom efficiency is low.3)students in complete leading project technical action of free exploration,inevitably increase the risk of action.In addition,this study also examined through the experiment,compared with traditional teaching will experience type teaching of fosbury style high jump teaching effect is improved obviously,and further research the students of different gender(male,female)in different teaching modes(normal teaching,the experience type teaching)its teaching effect(the skill evaluation scores,physical testing,sports participation,social adaptation and mental health).Chosen by means of random sampling,120 xiaogan sports art school high school grade one students(60)men and women,male 30 people with female 30 of them accept regular teaching,the other male 30 female 30 people accept the experience type teaching.After the experiment respectively with corresponding criteria and questionnaire scale to assess the teaching effect.In relative to the normal teaching,in an experiential teaching cases,the students(whether male,female)technology in the teaching effect of score evaluation grades,sports participation,social adaptation and mental health significantly increased;The cervix results have no significant difference(alpha level 0.05).After the girl in an experiential teaching,its technical evaluation of achievement,mental health is significantly higher than boys,the cervix,social adaptation has no significant difference with the boys.Boys in an experiential teaching after the sports participation score is significantly higher than girls.Therefore,this study compared with the normal teaching,the experience type teaching can effectively improve the effect of fosbury style high jump teaching,especially in the in the mind of students about the effects.But mind experience type teaching mode in sports reflects problems in the process of practical teaching,this study thinks that experiential teaching in the application of physical education curriculum must be treated with caution,to guide the project set priority should be given to the students' safety.School application experience type teaching mode in physical education curriculum and the proportion of total class hours is unfavorable and exorbitant.For a class has more than one new technique,also should avoid to use the experience type teaching,much of the confusion in order to prevent the course arrangement and low efficiency.
