June 13,2003 the State Administration of Radio,"China's cable television to the digital transition schedule",since the opening of China's pay TV door.Early China's pay TV suffered a lot of problems,such as the quality of the program is not high,the user offset payment,poor marketing methods have hindered the development of pay TV in China.With the rise of the Internet platform,sports events pay live again into the people's vision.This paper analyzes the process of paying live sports in China,introduces the analysis of Xinying sports,and points out the problems existing in the live sports industry of China's sports events and analyzes its solutions.First of all,through the history of China's paid sports event live industry and the new British sports case of China's paid sports events live panoramic summary.Secondly,through the analysis of Xinying Sports Company and its predecessor,"Tiansheng Sports",it points out the problems in the early period of Tian Sheng Sports in 2008-2010 and the solution of these problems by Xinying Sports,which the investor IDG rebuilds.Through the investigation of Xinying Sports pointed out that there are four major problems: server maintenance lag,after-sales service problems,other network broadcast platform for the new British sports events hit the impact of bidding for future broadcast rights failed.Combined with the background of China's paid sports events live,summarize and analyze the existence of these problems.Finally,by quoting the well-known theory of communication theory-training theory,as well as marketing theory of STP sales theory to answer the question,hoping to live through the live sports as a breakthrough,open our pay TV,live industry door.In this paper,we summarize the various stages of the development process of paid sports events in our country and conclude that we are in the stage of growth and because of the influence of the industry environment,the rapid development of our paid sports events still retains the development stage technical problem.To deal with technical problems and to maintain the current development trend in order to make paid sports event live industry in China as soon as possible into the mature stage.
