Study On The Evaluation Of The Contribution Of University Industry To The Development Of Colleges And Universities In Shaanxi

As the continuous development of higher education in China,Univers ity-industries also make great progress.But in the last few years,The pro blems of the university-industries like unclear property rights,Financial m anagement disorder and legal disputes have been recognized.Ministry of e ducation explicitly requires the various colleges and universities asset man agement company based on law in this context,which should manage all university-industries.Colleges and universities have basically completed the task of establishing asset management companies by three years.This paper sdudies on university assets management companies which are after the restructuring of the school industry in Shaanxi,In particular,it sduies on the evaluation index system of university development contrib ution evaluation and contribution evaluation method.This paper analyzes co nnotation of university run industry and the main tasks and functions of management Asset Management Co.Comparing with the achievements of t he research on the performance evaluation of state owned enterprises,this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system for the contribution of t he university-industries to the development of colleges and Universities wi th the management characteristics of the management Asset Management Co in colleges and universities,and it gives a specific evaluation method.In this paper,Delphi method and the literature method are used to determ ine the index,followed by the principles and procedures of the evaluation index system on the choice of evaluation methods,and this paper sets up an evaluation model for the comprehensive development of the universiti es in Shaanxi Province by Matrix dual method which is used to estimate the index weight,this index system is composed of evaluation index selecti on and index weight determination.In order to verify the validity and feas ibility of the evaluation index weight and evaluation method,an empirical analysis is carried out on the asset management company of Changan U niversity of Xi'an in this paper.In this paper,the contribution of the evaluation index system can.eff ectively help colleges and universities to understand the impact of universi ty-industries on the development of the school.According to the results of the contribution evaluation to determine whether it is beneficial or not,thi s contribution evaluation index system can improve the management of en terprises,and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises,it also can improve the level of development of enterprises,and provide a new idea for the healthy development of colleges and universities.
