Based on hownet(CNKI)China from 2000 to 2016,the publication of the articles as the research sample,based on the research methods of scientometrics and knowledge,and with the aid of CiteSpace visualization software,of foreign education in our country since the new century of knowledge base,the main author,central organization,hot and frontier topic of such aspects as the main research and development situation of relatively deep drawing and comb,and connecting with the concrete development situation as a whole to review and prospect to the foreign educational history research in China.Specifically,first of all,through the author co-occurrence analysis,institutional co-occurrence analysis clear foreign educational history research in our country the main body,through the data show understanding to the number of key authors published in the literature,from the article shows that the high frequency keywords and has high school of mind of the author,institutions during this period of the foreign history of education research some hot fields and main academic point of view;Using keywords co-occurrence analysis excavated in the domestic field of knowledge base and the hotspot in the research of the foreign educational history;Based on the knowledge map appeared high dash forward show words,and combining the analysis of the related literature frontier subject to explore the foreign educational history research in China.On the basis of the combination of current our country current education guide the direction of the development policy and the famous scholar and its related research achievements in the field of,bold and predict the future trend of research on foreign education:(1)the foreign related research on history of higher education is still on the rise.(2)the research on the history of education thought and education system is still the main interest in the future.(3)education history theory study and education of the reconstruction of the historical problem sustained attention.(4)the exploration of foreign education discipline construction problem continues.Finally,in reality and reflection on the foreign educational history research in our country,on the basis of foreign educational history research in China in the future can make a outlook:(1)the research direction in the field of our traditional research in the field of foreign educational history.(2)explore interdisciplinary areas of foreign educational history research.(3)actively promote foreign educational history research in the field of development.Foreign educational history research in our country though such and such problems,but the overall trend is in constant development,and the men under the predecessor and successor to the unremitting efforts of scholars,foreign education history research will shine brilliantly in the field of education research in China.Introducing the method of scientometrics to foreign educational history research in the field,can provide a broader research train of thought for the development of foreign education.
