With the continuous improvement in people's educational concepts and the promulgation of a series of national education documents,innovating teaching philosophy,changing education model,training with good self-learning ability,interpersonal communication ability,innovation ability and cooperation ability of innovative talents become the core problem of educators.Therefore,the formation of a teaching model which deepening the understanding of students' knowledge while cultivating students' interest in learning and improving students' learning ability has become the focus of research in the field of education,and the teaching model based on learning community can meet the current educational needs.Thus,it has great theoretical and practical significance to research flipped classroom teaching mode based on learning community.The research based on the analysis of three typical classroom teaching models,and combined the characteristics of the learners and learning community and used the mixed learning theory,constructivism theory,mastery of learning theory and distributed cognitive theory.The research structures flipped classroom teaching mode based on the learning community and analysis the key elements of the model.The research designed the teaching activities of three aspects,before the class,in the class and after the class,and setted up a learning community teaching platform to launch the flipped classroom teaching model.In the research,the author's primary work includes: 1.Using the literature research method to collate and analyze the domestic and international research data about flipped classroom and learning community,understanding the research status and the feasibility and innovation of this research.2.Getting the connotation of learning community and flipped classroom,and founding the theoretical basis of this research by analyzing the theoretical research on learning community and flipped classroom.3.Through analyzes the typical of the flipped classroom teaching model at home and abroad to extract the essential elements of the flipped classroom,and designs the flipped classroom teaching model based on the learning community,and analysis the elements of the flipped classroom teaching model based on the learning community.4.Designing the teaching activities of three parts of flipped classroom teaching model based on the learning community,and designing and developing the teaching platform suitable for the flipped classroom according to the teaching mode and the actual needs of teachers and students in the classroom.5.The research uses quasi-experimental method to verify the teaching effect of this mode,collects experimental data by questionnaire method,obtains the experimental results by contrasting the pre-test and post-test data.Through the implementation of flipped classroom teaching model based on learning community,this research obtains four conclusions:1.The flipped classroom teaching model based on learning community can improve students' interesting.2.The flipped classroom teaching model based on learning community can increase the interaction between teachers and students,and help to carry out the education teaching activities.3.The flipped classroom teaching model based on learning community can improve students' ability of self-learning and the cultivation of cooperative ability,and to a certain extent,have influence on interpersonal communication ability and innovation ability.4.The flipped classroom teaching model based on learning community is applicable to the experimental teaching of "Introduction to Digital Media Arts",and has certain teaching effect in the course teaching.Due to time constraints and lack of knowledge and ability,the design of flipped classroom teaching mode and platform can achieve the initial research ideas and intentions,such as the flipped teaching model isn't perfect,features of platform need to be further extended.Future research work will focus on the lack of research in order to improve the perfectness of flipped teaching model and teaching platform.
