Level Swimming Coaches Characteristics Of Core Competence Evaluation Research

The swimming coach take an important role in propelling swimming enents of our country to be dominant in the world.How to improve the coaches' abilities,perfect the swimming trainnings much more efficiently and increase the skill of our swimmers,which plays an important part in the continuous improvement of our swimming.Since 2008,we have come through the BeiJing Olympic Games,FINA World Championships in Roman and ShangHai and London Olympic Games.Our Swimming Legion have transcended theirselves and set a record in history with the better results.We are regarded as the contender in the world by many strong nations.The good results are bound up with coaches' teaching abilities.However,faced with the honours,we find a series of problems and shortcomings in cultivating of coaches.The circumscribed mean of communication and personal flaw or weakness.which will prevent the swimming progress.At the aspect of human resource,a perfect human resource management system will make much sense to coagulate the team strength and deposit talents for dealing with the improvement of swimming events in the future.In order to improve our swimming better,we should have an evaluation system,which could select the man who has the potential to be a good coach,and set an evaluation model and evaluation index to find out the coaches' underlying characteristic.And then we can select.train and check the coaches in the scientific,equitable,strict and objective principle.In conclusion,in recent years,based on Competency Model,which used to be applied to Human Resource Management by domestic and foreign experts and scholars,I set an evaluation index system for checking the different grades of coaches' job trainnings.With the system.we can make the coaches know about theirselves and the team status quo and let the different grades of coaches increase their competencies endlessly and designedly.The low level coaches could make up for their deficiencies seriously ,if they want to promote.Meanwhile,we can think of the system as a theoretical basis of checking the coaches.In the paper.I take 113 swimming coaches with the qualification certificates issued by state and 20 coaches of the national team as research objects.And I apply some methods such as Documentary Analysis,Questionnaires,Interview and Mathematical Statistics to analyze coaches' competencies and comprehensive evaluations.in order to increase our coaches'teaching abilities,perfect the training and check system.train more excellent coaches and provide the theory reference value for the sustainable development of our national swimming events.
