Exchange means the give and the take, and is abstracted as two dimensions, reward and punishment. Molm (1988) With "social circle" structure by exchange theorist Emerson, the experimental research on the use of reward power and punishment power in exchange is conducted, but the analysis of heterogeneity of Guanxi is neglected, which is the task of this paper. This study classifies Guanxi into acquaintance and stranger. The two testees and two computer systems (experimental assistants) are connected as five-type exchange internet structure to compare the relevant effect of power balance and imbalance, as well as to test the influence of Guanxi intensity on power use. The post interview is used to explore its behavior logics. The study shows, when total power is in balance, the use of reward power can be changed by changing the degree of punishment power. At the same time, at any time, the testees have more rights to use reward power. Guanxi has the influence on the use of power. Firstly, both parties should try not to punish as far as possible, which makes the use of punishment power develop toward the extreme end; second, both parties adhere to the principle of interest share, and choose trade with the party for profit. But when the reward power is in imbalance but punishment power is in balance, both parties will use the strategy of "reducing trade but not to punish" to increase profit; third, through the research on behavior right, it is found that on the influence of Guanxi, behavior right of reward power is relatively kept stable, without influence of total power or reward power.
