The Research Of Social Work Intervenes In The Cultivation Of Community Social Organization

With the deepening of economic and social reform,the community began to undertake more social management.In the course of exploring the mode of community development,the state gradually emphasizes the participation of the main bodies of the community,especially the participation of the residents and the ability to participate in the promotion of residents to achieve autonomy.As a platform for residents to participate in community affairs,community social organizations emerged at the prominent position of community construction.Nurturing and developing community social organizations is an effective means to make full use of community resources,to mobilize residents,to meet the needs of the community,to enhance the residents' recognition and belonging to the community,and to realize self-determination of the community.However,the development of community social organizations is facing various challenges,and it is necessary to explore the way of cultivating and growing the community social organization.This paper chooses the research and analysis of the “Xiao Laba community security service”(hereinafter referred to as “Xiao Laba”)in Chengdu C community.Under the guidance of social capital theory and regional development model theory,this paper uses action research,field research and literature research methods to reflect and summarize the practical work,and find out the advantages and disadvantages of social work in the cultivation of community social organizations and explore the solution strategy.This paper is divided into five parts: firstly,the author introduces the research background,introduces the research topic based on the macroeconomic policy environment,the development status of micro-community social organization and the author's internship experience.Combining the research background,this paper introduces the theoretical and practical significance which used in this research,And summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign research.On this basis,the paper have delimit the relevant concepts,research theory and methods,elaborated the research object and ideas.The second part,mainly introduce the background of C community and “Xiao Laba”,analyze the advantages and obstacles of them,and the possibility and feasibility of social work involved in community social organizations.The third part,mainly introduce: the Xiao Laba's growth,Under the guidance of social capital theory and regional development model theory.And summed up the strengths and weaknesses of practice.The fourth part,the author combined with the theory to reflect the way that social workers involved in community social organization,and make relevant comments and suggestions from he mechanism improvement,professional advantages and so on.
