The study mainly focuses on the problems and strategies of junior high school's prose reading teaching.As for the prose included,it refers to the modern and contemporary one in junior high school's Chinese textbooks of PEP edition.Based on the principle of innovation,this paper mainly discusses the style of prose and highlights the characteristics of "individualization",specifically from the personalized language,emotion and content of prose.The listed problems,basic strategies and the case analysis are all based on the author's research thoughts.The whole thesis adopts documentary research method,classroom observation and case analysis method.The thesis can be divided into five parts.They are introduction,characteristics and value,problems and causes,principles and strategies and case study.The first part is introduction.At the beginning,the thesis focuses on the research reasons and introduces the research structure.Later,it classifies the core concept of"prose" and "junior high school's prose reading teaching".Then,it clarifies the research meaning from both theory and practice aspect.Finally,it introduces the research method.The second part is the characteristics and value of junior high school's prose.For characteristics,they include individualized language,personalized emotion and personalized content.For value,it can enhance student's language literacy,enrich their emotional experience and improve their writing proficiency.The third part is problems and causes.The main problems are as follows.Firstly,some teachers are familiar with the literacy form,but they are lacking in genre awareness.Also,though some teachers can well interpret ideas,they lack the ability to taste the language.Besides,several teachers are able to do the rational analysis,but they are short of perceptual experience.As for the causes of problems,the thesis focuses on that teachers cannot well grasp the stylistic,and their ability to interpret ideas is limited,also,students' subject consciousness is not strong enough.The forth part is principles and strategies.Principles in this part refer to period principle,pragmatic principle,experiencing principle and developmental principles.The relevant strategies are as follows.Firstly,the teaching should point out the stylistic features and grasp the teaching basis.Secondly,the teaching should intensify language consciousness and seize the teaching emphasis.Also,the teaching ought to emphasize students' experience and go back to the starting point of teaching.The last part is case analysis.The thesis chooses three junior high school's famous teachers;open classes as classroom memoirs,which are on the basis of lyric prose,narrative prose and argumentative prose.Then from the perspective of prose style,language appreciation,emotional taste,analyze the advantages of top teachers in class,by which the author hopes that it can be beneficial to our prose teaching.In the thesis,the author carefully integrates the modern and contemporary prose in junior high school's Chinese textbooks of PEP edition and consults large quantities of prose and relevant teaching work,also,the author watches plenty of top teachers,prose teaching videos.However,due to a lack of theoretical attainment and practical experience,also,the author's academic base is not so deep.All in all,the thesis is the author's primary thinking to prose teaching,in the future,she will keep absorbing the theoretical knowledge of prose and prose teaching in this direction.Meanwhile,she will put prose teaching to practice,and realize her dream of becoming an excellent Chinese teacher and improve her professional development.
