Political leadership as one of the five dimensions of school leadership(structural leadership,human resource leadership,political leadership,educational leadership and cultural leadership),it is an indispensable dimension to understand the organization and the leadership of the school.Each dimension is to examine educational change from a different perspective,and the political perspective focuses on the power,interests,conflicts and competition that are prevalent in organizational life,and are committed to solving these contradictions and conflicts in the organization.So that members of the organization from conflict to consensus,for the school change to win a wide range of support.This paper mainly uses the literature method as the research angle to use the literature method to collect,sort and sort out the literature materials of educational reform,school leadership and conflict of interest,so as to grasp the ins and outs of the political dimension and examine the educational reform In the political and ecological changes,analysis of educational reform in the political leadership of the practical problems,and to address these issues to improve the proposal.Based on this idea,this paper first introduces the research origin,research summary and research design,starting from the reality of China's educational reform,clarifying the necessity and urgency of studying political leadership.On the basis of the analysis of a large number of literature on the school leadership framework theory has a whole understanding,so as to understand the political leadership of the origin,meaning and meaning.Secondly,through the field investigation,collected the relevant cases,at the same time with the network news,newspapers,magazines and other journals,to understand the reality of China's educational reform.And use the political perspective to examine these ecological changes,thus summing up the characteristics of political leadership in China's educational reform.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the problems in the political practice of educational reform in China from the perspective of politics.These problems involve both the field of higher education and the reform of basic education.Through the study found that China's educational reform in the political leadership of the following main problems:First,the power of differentiation led to the abuse of power;Second,the power and responsibility is not uniform,power does not match the conflict;Third,individual and group differences lead to conflicts of interest;Fourth,allocation of imbalances intensified contradictions;Fifth,the mandatory decision to hinder the change to obtain broad support.Finally,in view of these practical problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the political leadership in educational reform practice,improve the political leadership of leaders and learn to use political wisdom to solve the problems in educational reform.
