Compulsory education is the foundation of national education.Realizing the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education is of great significance to promoting the high-quality development of education and promoting the fairness of education in China. In order to balance the development of urban and rural compulsory education,China has adopted a series of measures, which have achieved great results, but the problem of the unbalanced development of urban and rural compulsory education has not been fundamentally solved. Some schools in rural areas, especially those in rural teaching sites, are often located in remote areas with difficult conditions and lack of educational resources, especially teacher resources, which makes it difficult for rural teaching sites to "offer all courses" and "offer good courses".With the development of information technology, modern information technology can make up the gap in educational system. For this reason, the government has proposed a new model of "Internet + Education" education services, which provides practical support for promoting quality education resource sharing by educational information technology.Under this background,"Double teacher class" came into being."Double teacher class" is a new form in the process of innovative application of educational information, its essence is to use information technology to achieve high-quality education resources sharing.Through the existing research,"Double teacher class" is of great significance for alleviating the problems such as the shortage of teachers, the poor teaching ability and the lack of quality teaching resources that have long existed in rural teaching point schools. This new approache aim to improve the quality of teaching, improve teachers' job skills, narrow the urban-rural gap, make up the gap between schools, and promote balanced and high-quality school education. This study takes Weixian County,Hebei Province as the object, investigates the implementations of Weixian County's double-teacher class, verifies the teaching effect of Weixian County's Zaoyuan School District's double-teacher class through quasi-experimental research, and explores the influencing factors of the teaching effect in the actual operation of double-teacher class from three aspects: teachers' teaching behavior, students' learning behavior, and teachers' and students' experience feelings.According to the research,dual-teacher class has improved the teaching effect of rural teaching point schools, alleviated to some extent the long-term problems of lack of teachers and poor teaching ability in rural teaching point schools and weak schools, improved the learning effect of students in rural teaching point, and narrowed the gap between schools. However,in the practical application of double-teacher class, there is still room for improvement in its teaching effect and expected effect. The class teaching philosophy and teaching behavior of teachers and students should be timely adjusted and constantly updated according to the characteristics of double-teacher class. The information hardware and software of double-teacher class need to keep up with the development of the information age and constantly improve.Primary and auxiliary teachers need to enhance the sense of cooperation, improve their own information level, the government departments need to steady financial investment, establish a sound fund guarantee system, promote the sharing and co-construction of the network resource platform of double-teacher class.Only through the continuous optimization of these aspects, can we further improve the teaching effect of the double-teacher class and make the double-teacher class play a greater benefit.
