Research On The Integration Of Secondary Vocational Specialty And Entrepreneurship Platform

Vocational education is called career education by all sectors of society,it is oriented by employment and treated professional ability as the starting point,offered a great number of practical and technical talents for society.It is important to strengthen the construction of professional contents as well as the career guidance and entrepreneurship education in the development of secondary vocational education.Because of the two teams and two sets of mechanism of separation mode between the traditional specialty building and the entrepreneurship platform-building,specialty building and entrepreneurship platform did not achieve the best results,and it caused the problem that students ' employment and career goals are not clear,weak motivation,poor learning in the professional skills,low levels of entrepreneurship etc.Based on this,focusing on specialty building and entrepreneurship platform construction in secondary vocational school becomes an important theoretical and practical field of study.During the present research,it explores the current situation of the research on the integration of specialty construction and entrepreneurship platform both at home and abroad through the literature method,and uses the questionnaire survey and the participatory observation to carry on the investigation to the individual secondary vocational in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,focusing on the Guangxi material school as the case study object,through the study of Guangxi material school innovation and entrepreneurship center,the analysis of the school e-commerce professional construction and E-Tiancheng e-commerce company integration,summed up the secondary vocational school specialty construction and entrepreneurial platform integration experience,which guide other secondary vocational schools professional construction and entrepreneurial platform Integration practice has a positive reference.The study found that Guangxi middle school e-commerce professional construction and entrepreneurial platform integration has achieved some success,but there are still some problems,such as secondary vocational generally lack of entrepreneurial platform,professional training objectives and entrepreneurial education goals out of line,professional education content And the entrepreneurial education content out of touch,professional training and entrepreneurial practice activities out of line,professional competence evaluation and entrepreneurial ability evaluation phase out of the problem,according to these questions,the author analyzes the reasons,put forward the specialty construction and entrepreneurship platform Through the integration of professional training objectives and platform construction concept,professional education curriculum and entrepreneurial platform curriculum integration,professional teaching team and entrepreneurial platform manager integration,professional training and entrepreneurial practice integration,professional education evaluation and entrepreneurship education evaluation integration,campus culture and enterprises Cultural six aspects of the integration of the effective path,and put forward the e-commerce professional in the talent training target positioning,entrepreneurial education curriculum module design,teaching model reform,practical activities,teacher team building and campus culture atmosphere to create a business platform To improve the professional construction and entrepreneurial platform to achieve the goal of vocational education connotation construction,improve the employment and entrepreneurial ability of students.
