Dietary behavior not only closely relates to children’s growth and development,but also closely relates with the normal development of children’s psychology.However,young children’s eating behavior always has many problems to this day.Although previous researchers have proposed many solutions,but these problems still have not been improved.Many previous studies show that the study on children’s dietary behavior in China concerns focuses on eating concentration,independence,pickiness,the partial eclipse,eating speed.Medicine is the main angle in past research,and education is little.This paper is from kindergarten education,using educational method to correct children’s eating behavior problems.In accordance with the 3-6 Years Old Children’s Learning and Development Guide issued by the Ministry of Education,and based on previous research dimensions,this paper increases the will of drinking plain boiled water,way of washing hands before the meal.And criteria for dividing the diet independence add eating tools.Therefore,the paper selects six dimensions: the will of drinking plain boiled water,way of washing hands before eating,pickiness and the partial eclipse behavior,independence,concentration and speed of diet;to find out the problems and its influencing factors of young children’s dietary behavior by investigation;then from the view point of the kindergarten education to correct children’s dietary behavior problems.This paper selects 181 middle class children in three kindergartens of Nanchong by the method of random selection children;collecting the children dietary behaviors and kindergarten education by using the observation method and interview method;acquiring the information about diet education of children’s family by the form of questionnaire in order to fully analyze the children’s kindergarten dietary behaviors.Investigation shows that at present,middle class children’s kindergarten dietary behaviors mainly exist the following problems: before the meal,most of the children’s hand-washing technique is wrong,leading to very poor effect;during eating or drinking,the phenomenon of feeding is serious.It has nothing to do with eating tool;children’s concentration is generally not high with various distracting behaviors,specially speaking;pickiness and partial eclipsephenomenon is obvious,particularly rejecting vegetable;eating speed is improper.Some children eat too fast,and some too slow.Through comprehensive analysis,the main reasons of children’s kindergarten dietary behavior problems are from three aspects: the self-development level,dietary education of kindergarten and children’s family.Good dietary behavior is the foundation of children’s healthy growth,and the object of kindergarten education is laid for children’s whole life.Therefore,the kindergarten education should pay attention to diet education of children,and correct children’s dietary behavior problems.From the perspective of kindergarten education,this paper puts forward the following strategies: to establish and perfect the management system of children’s healthy dietary education of kindergarten;to enhance the quality of preschool teachers,and strengthen their accumulation about dietary culture;to improve the ability of children’s dietary education;to carry out diverse activities of children’s healthy dietary education;to strengthen kindergarten-family cooperation,and exert joint efforts to improve children’s dietary behaviors.
