With the development of information technology, Today's society puts forward new requirements to Chemistry teacher for helping students understanding their knowledge and improving their teaching efficiency with the proper integration of information technology.However, in the research of education, the study of research on the measurement and development of Teachers' TPACK level in Chemistry is less.The research was based on reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature on TPACK , designed and developmented the measurement scale of chemical teachers for the TPACK level in case of the characteristics of the discipline, in-depth study of the status quo and differences with the current chemical students and chemical in-service teachers' TPACK level.Based on the design of the case study of chemical teacher students, the author throught the iterative cycle of teaching practice to promote the development of chemical teacher students' TPACK level.This research is mainly divided six parts:The first part is the introduction.The first part includes the background of this research, the current research status of TPACK at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of this study.The second part is the defination of related concepts and theoretical basis.The third part is based on the questionnaire analysis of the data.According to the characteristics of chemistry,the author complied the questionnaire of TPACK status of chemical teachers and chemical teachers,and analyzed the status quo of demographic factors .The author analyzed the differences between chemistry teachers and in-service teachers ,and expoled the path of development of chemistry teachers TPACK .The fourth part is the case study of chemistry teacher students.Based on the design of chemical engineering students, the author throught the iterative cycle of teaching practice to promote the development of chemical students TPACK level.The fifth part is suggestions to promote the development of chemical teachers' TPACK . Through the analysis of the current situation of TPACK level and the case study of chemical division students,five suggestions for promoting the development of chemistry teachers' TPACK level were put forward. The last part is research and reflection to this study.The conclusions of this reasearch are as follows:(1)The current level of TPACK in chemical teacher students is at a moderate level, and there is no significant difference in grade and gender;In-service teachers have higher levels of TPACK scores and no significant differences in gender, education, education and title;There is a significant difference between chemical teacher students and in-service teachers' TPACK ;TPACK is a whole,each dimension of mutual influence,mutual restraint.(2)Through the design-based research,it is possible to effectively promote the development of chemistry teacher's TPACK level by conducting educational practice research on the iterative cycle of chemistry teacher.(3) Proposing five proposals to promote the development of chemical teacher TPACK:Using iterative teaching to deepen understanding;Seizing the critical period of development to exercise; Increasing technology investment and provideing hardware support;Setting up specific courses to improve operational capacity;Carrying out practical activities,and testting theoretical knowledge.
